Una de las áreas de influencia del trabajo ha incidido en el rol y la conformación de la empresa, la cual a evolucionando a la par que las sociedades humanas, uno ejemplo de ello se ha manifestado en la última mitad del siglo pasado, cuando repentinamente pasamos a comprar de la tiendita de la esquina a los grandes supermercados, y con ello apareció la figura del empacador de mercancías (cerillo). En este trabajo de investigación el objetivo es presentar los elementos que inciden en su satisfacción laboral usando la modelación matemática a partir de la teoría de Herzberg, ubicando esta investigación en el sureste de Tamaulipas
El menor trabajador ha sido estudiado desde diversas perspectivas, pero no se ha enfatizado en el compromiso que logra generar en su trabajo desde la percepción del liderazgo y el ambiente colaborativo. Para estudiar el contexto descrito, cobra especial atención el caso de los menores empacadores que laboran en supermercados. A partir de una muestra de 191 menores mexicanos, el análisis de regresión con mediación muestra valores positivos y significativos entre el estilo de liderazgo y el compromiso generado con la organización, y a su vez, prueba el efecto mediador del trabajo colaborativo para reforzar la relación liderazgo-compromiso. Estos resultados muestran sintonía en la literatura y coadyuvan a la construcción de la identificación, lealtad e involucramiento del menor con la empresa.
RESUMENEl desarrollo sostenible es manejado como uno de los puntos importantes en las agendas del siglo XXI, es un concepto que las empresas deben contemplar en las actividades que realizan para cumplir con la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. El presente trabajo pretende abordar los aspectos teóricos sobre las Memorias de Sostenibilidad así como mostrar que pueden ser consideradas como un instrumento de información de la Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas. Se hace un estudio en la base de datos de la Corporate Register del 2006 al 2011 respecto de la presentación de las Memorias de Sostenibilidad en América Latina; el reporte es de corte cualitativo de carácter descriptivo, con un análisis deductivo. Se puede percibir en el estudio que es de carácter exploratorio que las empresas de América Latina han incrementado de manera significativa la presentación de Memorias de Sostenibilidad así como un incremento en el número de empresas que las realizan, además de contemplar a la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como parte de su misión y visión.Palabras clave: memorias de sostenibilidad, Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, América Latina.
