The aim of this study is to identify the influence of marketing and product innovation, competitive advantage and market orientation on marketing performance. The objects of this research are small and medium enterprises in the garment industry in Indonesia. 107 firms were selected as samples in this study. The Data was obtained through surveys using Likert scale. Data was tested using multiple regression methods. The results of the study suggest that marketing innovation, product innovation, competitive advantage and market orientation affect marketing performance.
Program peningkatan literasi keuangan bagi buruh migran Indonesia di Singapura, Hongkong, dan Roma diikuti oleh tujuh puluh lima peserta. Dari tujuh puluh lima perserta tersebut hanya ada satu pekerja migran laki-laki. Permasalah dalam literasi keuangan yang dialami para buruh migran tersebut antara lain kesulitan mengelola keuangan dan kesulitan membuat anggaran untuk bisnisnya. Uang yang mereka kirim ke sanak saudara di Indonesia untuk mengembangkan bisnis justru habis karena para buruh migran tersebut kurang paham tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Tujuan program tersebut adalah untuk memberikan tambahan wawasan tentang literasi keuangan dan memberikan konsultasi dalam bidang keuangan untuk pengembangan bisnis mereka yang dijalankan di Indonesia. Program pelatihan tersebut terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu observasi, persiapan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan berkat kerjasama antara Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Ciputra, Universitas Ciputra Media Transformation Ministry, dan Development Singapore. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan tersebut, peserta dapat membuat penganggaran bagi bisnis mereka.
This study aims to describe the role of experiential learning models in improving the ability to manage household finances for teachers and employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is supported by the Wilcoxon signed ranks test different test. Data obtained through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Qualitative data were obtained during the process of applying the experiential learning model in four stages, namely concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. Different tests were conducted to show changes in participants' motivation to invest which could indicate changes in the participants' household management abilities. Questionnaires were given to thirty-two respondents who were all participants. The results show that the experiential learning model can improve the ability of teachers and employees of SMA Z in managing their household finances.
The growth of service companies in the scope of the creative industries has grown a lot in this decade. However, not much research has explored the innovation process that is key to business sustainability. This study builds the model of the innovation process performed by selected service companies within the creative industry. It investigates some processes of new product development (NPD) of service products of the firms. An interview was conducted on the companies' owners or directors with sufficient knowledge of the innovation process implemented in each company. Data were processed using a qualitative method approach with the help of the NVIVO program. The outcome revealed similarities in the innovation process of NPD among companies, specifically in the stages of identifying problems and opportunities, generating and processing ideas, market predictions, business analysis, visualization, and execution, representing the model in service companies. This research outcome would benefit business practitioners and scholars to better comprehend the NPD process in service companies within the creative industries.
Professional skills of accounting graduates are increasingly needed in the workforce during the sudden emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing accounting lecturers to organize online learning. Therefore, researchers seek to explore the role of online learning in the framework for the community of inquiry to develop the professional skills of accounting students in Indonesia. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to accounting students from 50 universities in Indonesia, and the researchers obtained 711 data. Testing was performed using JASP version 16. The test results show that cognitive presence has the highest role in developing students' professional skills, followed by social presence. Meanwhile, teaching presence only significantly affects the development of students' professional skills. The implication of this research is that every accounting lecturer needs to compile a curriculum and prepare resources to organize online learning that will likely be needed in the future. The assessment instrument product of macrame technique in textile craft courses is an instrument that is arranged systematically to determine product accuracy based on established criteria and indicators. The purpose of this study was to make a assessment instrument for evaluating macrame technique products in textile craft courses that can be used as a reference by educators in assessing student work in the form products of macrame technique. Quantitative research methods with research and development (R&D) models through preliminary study stages, the design products of macrame technique, production and manufacturing of macrame product valuation tools, validation, revision, and analysis. The results of the validation stage products of macrame technique valuation the assessment instrument show that the “Very Eligible” is used, judging by the evaluation given by the evaluation experts and material experts with an average percentage given of 100% of the evaluation experts and 98, 21% of material experts include six indicators, namely types of macrame motifs, function of macrame products, design elements, design principles, use of materials, and completion techniques. The assessment instrument product of macrame technique that have been made can be used as a reference in assessing student work in the form product of macrame technique.
