RESUMO : O presente estudo consiste no relato de um trabalho de educação em saúde um modelo assistencial da prática docente realizado com os adolescentes da escola aberta de Cruz Alta -RS na Universidade de Cruz Alta usando a pedagogia progressista em um grupo de meninas e meninos de rua enfocando sexualidade, higiene e drogadição na faixa etária de 11 a 1 4 anos. INTRODUÇÃOo presente estudo consiste no relato de um trabalho de educação em saúde, um modelo assistencial da prática docente realizado com os adolescentes da escola aberta de Cruz Alta -RS na Universidade de Cruz Alta usando a pedagogia progressista em um grupo de meninas e meninos de rua enfocando sexualidade, higiene e drogadição na fa ixa etária de 11 aos 14 anos.A escolha desse tema justifica-se pela necessidade de um plano pedagógico indissociável do processo social, sendo importante trabalhar as raízes sociais. A pedagogia progressista fo i esco 1\, ida por acreditarmos ser a que melhor educa.Para um melhor entendimento da sexualidade, foram abordados através do teatro, oficina, quebra-cabeça, discussão em grupo, temas como: Anatomia e fisiologia do aparelho reprodutor masculino e feminino, causas e conseqüências de gravidez, métodos contraceptivos, doenças sexualmente transmissíveis
Presentación de casos clínicos RESUMEN Los fármacos estimulantes se usan, habitualmente, en la población pediátrica para tratar el trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad, y sus efectos secundarios están bien descritos. Sin embargo, la tricotilomanía no aparece como uno de ellos. En la literatura, hay algunos casos publicados de tricotilomanía en relación con la administración de metilfenidato y dextroanfetamina. Se presentan dos casos de tricotilomanía de nueva aparición en niños en seguimiento en nuestro Centro por déficit de atención e hiperactividad y en tratamiento con fármacos psicoestimulantes (metilfenidato y lisdexanfetamina), como probable efecto adverso de estos.
