Apresentação: A DPOC trata-se de uma doença obstrutiva crônica e progressiva associada ao comprometimento dos pulmões provocando infecções pulmonares frequentes, chiado no peito e tosse crônica, afetando os pulmões e brônquios. Caracterizada por sinais e sintomas como tosse, dispneia, sibilância e expectoração crônicos. Associada a um quadro inflamatório sistêmico, com manifestações como perda de peso e redução da massa muscular nas fases avançadas. Objetivo: Analisar a eficácia do uso da Ventilação Não Invasiva em pacientes em pacientes com DPOC. Metodologia: Refere-se a uma revisão de literatura utilizando métodos hipotéticos. Resultados Esperados: Elucidar a melhora do quadro analítico do paciente, e o quanto é importante para o tratamento terapêutico com o uso da Ventilação Não Invasiva em pacientes com DPOC e consequentemente concedendo uma boa qualidade de vida.
Introdução: A Fibrose Cística trata-se de uma doença genética crônica e progressiva associada ao comprometimento dos pulmões provocando infecções pulmonares frequentes, chiado no peito e tosse crônica, porém pode afetar outros órgãos como intestinos, pâncreas e rins. Caracterizado por produzir secreção espessa e perda de sal pelo suor. A fisioterapia atua como terapia respiratória para facilitar a higiene dos pulmões e evitar infecções. Objetivo: Analisar a eficácia das técnicas manuais de remoção de secreção em crianças portadoras da fibrose cística. Metodologia: Refere-se a uma revisão de literatura utilizando métodos hipotéticos. Resultados: Elucidar as técnicas manuais de remoção de secreção, e o quanto é importante o tratamento terapêutico precoce em crianças com fibrose cística e consequentemente concedendo uma boa qualidade de vida. Considerações Finais: Os beneficios obtidos na pesquisa demostra a imporftancia da remoção de secreção em crianças portadoras da fibrose cisticas. Outros pesquisadores devem continuar buscando conhecimentos sobre atuação do fisioterapeuta na reabilitação da fibrose cistica.
Introdução: As técnicas de remoção de secreção são descritas particularmente na literatura como a fisioterapia respiratória convencional e dentre elas compreendem- se aquelas que são as mais utilizadas como, o Aumento do Fluxo expiratório lento (AFE Lento), vibro compressão manual, hiperinflação manual (HM) e a não menos importante aspiração endotraqueal. As técnicas de remoção de secreção garantem efeitos terapêuticos necessários para os neonatos na remoção de secreções nas vias aéreas, reduzindo o trabalho respiratório e reduzindo as lesões associadas à ventilação mecânica, melhorando assim sua apneia e o desconforto respiratório e dentre outros fatores. Objetivo: Analisar com base na literatura quais técnicas é utilizada para favorecer a higiene brônquica. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura utilizando o método de pesquisa dedutivo, hipotético e com objetivo descritivo. Resultados: Elucidar com base na literatura quais técnicas baseadas em evidências é utilizado para remoção de secreção em recém-nascidos. Considerações finais: Estima se que os resultados deste estudo ampliem mais o conhecimento sobre a execução e o efeito de tais técnicas em RNs, o que leva a comprovação da eficácia da higiene brônquica, assim sobressaltando a importância da fisioterapia respiratória.
Apresentação: O Método Canguru é um modelo de assistência ao recém-nascido prematuro e sua família, internado na Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo Neonatal, voltado para o cuidado humanizado, que reúne estratégias de intervenção biopsicossocial. Objetivo: Analisar os benefícios do Método Canguru através da atuação fisioterapêutica na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva. Metodologia: Refere-se a uma revisão de literatura utilizando métodos hipotéticos. Resultados Esperados: Elucidar a atuação do fisioterapeuta através do Método Canguru, e o quanto é benéfico para o recém-nascido e sua família.
A propriocepção é a percepção consciente da posição ou movimento articular, mantendo a estabilidade dos movimentos e melhorando o desempenho do controle postural, sendo fundamental em todas as fases do tratamento para que o membro fraturado gere uma condição de alteração de equilíbrio estático e sobrecarga no membro saudável. As fraturas são lesões definidas como toda e qualquer perda da integridade estrutural do osso, que ocorre quando este sofre uma força maior do que sua elasticidade. Objetivo: Reunir estudos recentes sobre o tratamento da propriocepção em pacientes que estão em tratamento pós-operatório de fratura do fêmur, bem como estudos similares sobre a utilização de tratamentos fisioterapêuticos. Método: A tipologia de pesquisa escolhida foi a revisão integrativa, no qual foi levantamento bibliográfico nas principais fontes de informação (Scielo, LILACS, PEDro, Rede BVS e MEDLINE) e a partir de uma análise teórica foi construída uma descrição argumentativa das pesquisas e dos seus resultados. Os materiais científicos consultados na pesquisa foram: estudos clínicos, revisão sistemática e estudos de caso. A temporalidade determinada para a coleta dos estudos foi de 2015 a 2021, com idioma em língua vernácula (português), espanhol e inglês. Discussão dos resultados: Foram coletados 09 artigos para análises dos estudos mais recentes a cerca do uso do treinamento de propriocepção em protocolos de treinamento para indivíduos em recuperação pós-operatório de fratura de fêmur. Conclusão: Concluiu-se que a pesquisa contribuiu para o entendimento das pesquisas mais recentes sobre a relevância das técnicas de propriocepção em tratamentos pós-cirúrgicos em pacientes com lesões no fêmur, bem como trouxe uma discussão integrativa sobre os estudos de autores da área a cerca da importância do tratamento fisioterapêutico nesse processo de recuperação dos pacientes.
