Die Berufspädagogik ist als Disziplin gerade im Kontext der Einbindung neuer Technologien in der Arbeitswelt gefordert, Konzepte und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten zu entwickeln und zu erproben, die das Lernen und die Kompetenzförderlichkeit durch den Einsatz digitaler Medien im Arbeitsprozess zum Gegenstand haben. Das Projekt «Lernen, Informieren und kompetent Agieren mit Augmented Reality im Arbeitsprozess (LAARA)» setzt sich hierzu mit der Frage auseinander, wie aus didaktisch-methodischer Perspektive die Augmented-Reality-Technologie in der Metallindustrie verwendet werden kann, um die Ausbildung und Qualifizierung von Fachkräften zu unterstützen. Im Fokus steht dabei ein spezieller Biegeprozess für Metallrohre, für den in unterschiedlichen Varianten kontextsensitive Hilfen und Informationsangebote direkt im Arbeitsprozess eingesetzt und evaluiert werden. Der Beitrag stellt das Anwendungskonzept der AR-Technologie vor und skizziert das zugrundeliegende Lernverständnis. Um entsprechende Gestaltungskriterien zu analysieren, werden dabei unterschiedliche Szenarien umgesetzt, die sowohl die Technologie, die Ausgangs-Expertise der Teilnehmenden und die vorhandene Medienaffinität als Unterscheidungsmerkmale für das arbeitsprozessorientierte und mediengestützte Lernen in den Blick nehmen.
