Este artigo tem como principal objetivo efetuar uma abordagem crítica e reflexiva sobre a importância do domínio de línguas estrangeiras pelos profissionais de Secretariado Executivo para atuação no mercado de trabalho em tempos de globalização. Para tanto, inicialmente busca-se tecer comentários acerca do fenômeno globalização como fator de rompimento de velhos paradigmas sociais. Em seguida, são realizadas discussões sobre o processo comunicacional do secretário executivo na atualidade, tendo em vista o uso da língua materna e das línguas estrangeiras. Na sequência, apresentamos algumas reflexões referentes à importância do domínio de línguas estrangeiras pelos secretários executivos, enquanto necessidade profissional ou modismo social. Por fim, busca-se fazer alguns apontamentos voltados à formação acadêmica inicial e à atuação profissional do secretário executivo bilíngue, lançando um olhar visionário sobre o mercado de trabalho na contemporaneidade.DOI:10.7769/gesec.v3i1.82

Para tanto, inicialmente são apresentadas algumas definições conceituais gerais que gravitam em torno da palavra representação(ões), bem como uma breve visão panorâmica da Teoria das Representações Sociais. Em seguida, busca-se tecer comentários sobre a abordagem estrutural (ou do núcleo central) de Jean-Claude Abric como suporte teórico e metodológico das representações sociais. Por fim, trazemos à discussão questões concernentes à utilização da Teoria das Representações Sociais no desenvolvimento de pesquisas científicas e sua importância na atualidade. O estudo realizado apontou que a Teoria das Representações Sociais configura-se como um importante instrumento didático-metodológico de pesquisa científica e compreensão de uma determinada realidade existencial pertinente ao campo das Ciências Humanas e Sociais Aplicadas, uma vez que faz emergir concepções, discursos, reflexões e significados sobre diferentes fenômenos resultantes de experiências e relações concretas vivenciadas pelos sujeitos sociais no cotidiano. The home prothrombin time/international normalized ratio (PT/INR) self-management could be convenient for patients, enhancing treatment compliance and improving the quality of the oral anticoagulation. However, patient self-management (PSM) of oral anticoagulation may not be feasible for up to half of the patients due to cognitive or educational issues. In the present study, we aimed to evaluate the feasibility of a PSM program in a public health medical center that provides care for low-income patients. We also aimed to determine the accuracy of individual point-of-care devices (CoaguChek XS(®)) during long-term of home manipulation. Patients' time-in-therapeutic range (TTR) and perception of quality of life, were evaluated at scheduled study-visits to the center. Additionally, the accuracy of individual CoaguChek XS(®) was evaluated in comparison to the standard automated coagulometer at scheduled study-visits to the center. Twenty-five patients were included in the PSM program. The median TTR of patients was 75 % before inclusion, 72 % at 3 months, 75 % at 6 months and 100 % at 12 months after the beginning of self-management (P = 0.14).The median DASS scores were 64, 63, 61.5 and 71.5 before inclusion and at 3, 6 and 12 months, respectively (P = 0.09). One hundred paired INR values were obtained. Correlation between INR values delivered by individual CoaguChek XS(®) and the automated coagulometer was 94 % and the mean result bias was 0.07 INR units. The coefficient of correlation and the mean bias between methods was stable during 24 months of follow-up. The present study suggests that PSM is feasible for patients treated in the public health system and that the results delivered by CoaguChek XS(®) have long-term reliability.

ResumoEste artigo tem como objetivo principal fazer algumas reflexões acerca do trabalho didático desenvolvido pela trindade pedagógica gestora (direção escolar, coordenação pedagógica e supervisão de ensino) no contexto educacional escolar da atualidade. Para tanto, buscamos inicialmente apresentar as relações existentes entre teoria pedagógica, trabalho docente e saber pedagógico. Em seguida, aborda-se algumas questões referentes ao papel da trindade pedagógica na escola do século XXI, bem como sobre as funções específicas e articuladas desempenhadas por esse trio gestor no espaço educacional escolar dos dias atuais. This article has as main objective do some reflections about the work didactic developed by trinity pedagogical gestionnaire (direction school, coordenation pedagogical and supervision of education) in the context of today school education. To this end, we initially display the interrelations between pedagogical theory, teaching and learning. Then discusses some issues concerning the role of trinity pedagogical school of the 21st century, as well as on the specific tasks and articulated performed by this trio manager in school educational space today.
