A adoção da Modelagem da Informação da Construção (BIM) no Brasil traz junto aos benefícios da metodologia não apenas novos desafios à indústria da Arquitetura, Engenharia, Construção e Operação (AECO), mas também expõe áreas pouco exploradas sob a ótica jurídica de uma relação comercial. O estabelecimento de diretrizes contratuais para projetos que contemplem este conceito ainda é tema de discussões profundas sobre como devem ser abordados os acordos e obrigações entre as partes no que diz respeito aos processos, marcos, medições e entregáveis. Desta forma, o presente trabalho buscou expor o processo de desenvolvimento de diretrizes contratuais sob a luz de um estudo de caso envolvendo um órgão público federal. Como método utilizou-se a pesquisa-participante. Ademais, após a realização da revisão da literatura, os pesquisadores se envolveram no processo iterativo de desenvolvimento das diretrizes apoiados pela interação com o órgão federal em questão, resultando na otimização das diretrizes existentes sob a forma de um BIM Mandate. Espera-se que estes resultados sirvam de base para pesquisas futuras, auxiliando outras instituições no desenvolvimento de suas diretrizes de contratação de projetos em BIM.

RESUMOUma implementação computacional baseada nos conceitos da mecânica do contato e no Método dos Elementos de Contorno é desenvolvida para simular a interação entre discos de corte e maciço rochosos.Simula-se o contato considerando-se inicialmente uma superfície potencial de contato que é atualizada durante um processo de carregamento incremental, podendo conter elementos separados, em contato sem deslizamento ou com deslizamento parcial. A cada passo do carregamento incremental estima-se a configuração do modelo e os dados obtidos neste passo serão utilizados como parâmetros no passo seguinte até que todo o carregamento esteja aplicado.O modelo em estudo consiste em dois discos de corte paralelos atuando sobre uma base sólida com característica elástica linear. São feitas duas simulações com os discos de corte. Na primeira delas, compara-se a penetração dos discos utilizando-se como parâmetro os valores calculados em uma análise por elementos finitos. No segundo caso, estuda-se a distribuição de tensões no maciço quando se altera o espaçamento entre os discos para um mesmo carregamento.Além desta análise, duas outras comparações são feitas utilizando como parâmetros soluções analíticas e numéricas de modelos clássicos da mecânica do contato. A metodologia Building Information Modeling (BIM) tem se tornado essencial nos últimos anos para a indústria da Arquitetura, Engenharia e Construção (AEC). Dentre os seus principais usos aplicados à Construção Civil, a verificação automatizada de normas tem ganhado destaque na sua utilização, especialmente pelo fluxo de informações utilizados na metodologia. A redução de fatores como imprecisões de análises, tempo prolongado e interpretações pessoais tornam-se imprescindíveis para a garantia da qualidade do empreendimento, sobretudo na fase de projetos, onde o uso é aplicado. Considerando a sua importância, o presente artigo apresenta a aplicação da verificação automática a partir da metodologia RASE na Norma de Acessibilidade, a ABNT NBR 9050:2020. Além das recomendações da literatura, utilizou-se um modelo BIM, a fim de aplicar a programação visual, desenvolvidos em softwares específicos. Dentre os principais resultados destacam-se a aplicação da metodologia RASE na norma brasileira, o desenvolvimento da rotina de programação e a verificação automática, gerando resultados visuais diretamente no modelo. Além dos ganhos de tempo, redução de erros e melhoria na qualidade do projeto, a metodologia RASE, quando aplicada a este uso BIM, potencializa-o, tornando-o ainda mais acessível e aplicável à comunidade.
