A literatura aponta que a integração entre Gestão de Conhecimento (GC) e os Processos de Negócios promove e facilita a realização dos objetivos e estratégias da organização, uma vez que as atividades do gerenciamento de processos fornecem a oportunidade de priorizar algumas práticas de GC. O presente estudo teve por objetivo analisar o nível de maturidade em Gestão de Processos de Negócios (BPM) de uma organização pública, sob a perspectiva da GC. Para tanto, aplicou-se a metodologia de Ongena e Ravesteyn (2019) para avaliação da relação entre maturidade em BPM e desempenho organizacional, no Instituto Federal Catarinense (IFC). Na sequência, utilizou-se o modelo GCiBPM (Sena, 2015) para relacionar os resultados da avaliação com as fases da GC. A análise dos resultados apontou que a abordagem da GC pode contribuir para a melhoria da eficiência e eficácia dos processos do IFC, potencializando o uso deste recurso e o alinhamento estratégico dos processos para obtenção de melhores resultados.
Este estudo identificou a formação docente e o uso da lousa digital interativa como método de ensino-aprendizagem em um Instituto Federal (IF) de Santa Catarina. Aplicou-se um questionário com perguntas fechadas a 132 professores do IF. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva com levantamento de dados, com análise descritiva dos dados. Foi identificado que os professores não receberam a formação necessária para utilizar a lousa digital interativa como ferramenta de ensino-aprendizagem. Foram percebidos dois grupos dentro da IES estudada: metade dos entrevistados usam a ferramenta e promovem a interação em sala de aula, oportunizando que o próprio aluno seja construtor do conhecimento, e outra metade não é adepta ao uso da lousa digital interativa em sala de aula. Foi possível, ainda, identificar consenso entre os docentes de que a lousa digital interativa tem um papel importante na interação entre professor-aluno, na construção coletiva e interativa do conhecimento como também na inserção benéfica de uma ferramenta que facilita o aprendizado, pois está presente no dia a dia dos alunos. Como limitação deste estudo, cita-se o tamanho da amostra, não sendo possível efetuar generalizações. Sugere-se para pesquisas futuras, verificar como ocorre o processo de formação docente para o uso de TICs em sala de aula.
O objetivo desse artigo foi desenvolver um experimento com a análise de sentimento das opiniões no TripAdvisor® sobre a atração Oktoberfest Blumenau utilizando a Mineração de Dados e Aprendizado de Máquina através de um processo de Descoberta de Conhecimento em Dados. Duas abordagens de classificação supervisionada de sentimento foram implementadas em Python®, o modelo probabilístico baseado no algoritmo Multinomial Naïve Bayes e o modelo de representação vetorial de palavras usando o Word2Vec. O desempenho dos modelos foi avaliado e comparado usando as métricas: Acurácia, Precisão, Recall e F-score. O modelo probabilístico alcançou acurácia de 90%, enquanto o modelo de rede neural recorrente LSTM foi de 92%. O sentimento nas opiniões é positivo para as características da festa típica alemã, a variedade e quantidade de bebidas, as músicas e a animação. O sentimento é negativo para filas nos banheiros e a superlotação aos sábados à noite.
