Nós sabemos que a infecção hospitalar também é um problema enorme, principalmente durante a pandemia, onde ocorre uma enorme demanda e poucos profissionais de saúde, prejudicando assim até mesmo a higienização que ocorre de forma rápida para atender a pronto os pacientes. Nesses ambientes também existem protocolos que já são utilizados para evitar ou tratar bactérias, com o protocolo de Covid também utilizando antibióticos, isso pode levar a um futuro caos de resistência bacteriana. Este trabalho pretende avaliar artigos que falem da utilização de antibióticos em pacientes com COVID-19, com o intuito de apresentar o que pode levar um futuro aumento na resistência das bactérias dificultando o tratamento. Os dados foram coletados utilizando as bases cientificas: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), National Library of medicine (PUBMED), PERIODICOS, SCIENCE DIRECT, Biblioteca Virtual em saúde – (BVS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Cochrane Library, HighWire Press, Scopus e Elsevier. Foram analisados os trabalhos publicados e comparados para maior relevância dos resultados e avaliando os dados da utilização de antibióticos para pacientes com SARS-CoV-2. Foram encontrados um total de 21 artigos nas bases cientificas: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), National Library of medicine (PUBMED), PERIODICOS, SCIENCE DIRECT, Biblioteca Virtual em saúde – (BVS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Cochrane Library, HighWire Press, Scopus e Elsevier. Foram utilizados como descritores: INFECÇÃO HOSPITALAR, ANTIBIÓTICOS, SARS-COV-2, COVID-19 nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol. Nesse trabalho podemos observar que há uma necessidade da higienização não só para evitar o contágio em pacientes, mas também para redução de crescimento bacteriano ou fungico, também a utilização de equipamentos de proteção individual. Onde desde o início da pandemia, houve um grande número de casos, e aumentando assim as co-infecções por infecções hospitalares. Observamos que cada serviço tem uma peculiaridade de higienização e organização de serviços.
Objetivo: Observar através de indicadores o panorama dos casos de HIV/AIDS notificados no estado do Piauí entre 2000 a 2021 e a sua relação com a dinâmica demográfica. Método: Estudo ecológico, de série temporal e abordagem quantitativa que se utilizou de casos notificados no Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN). Foram utilizadas as variáveis sociodemográficas e informações relativas aos casos de HIV/AIDS. Foi utilizado o Microsoft Office 2010® e Tabwin® versão 4.1.5 para tabulação e análise dos dados. Resultados: Entre 2000 e 2021, 5.173 casos de HIV/AIDS foram notificados no Piauí, com prevalência do sexo masculino (68,69%), faixa etária de 35 a 64 anos (50,09%), cor parda (69,30%), heterossexuais (57,07%) e com escolaridade ignorada (23,96%). Conclusão: Sugere-se o reforço e aprimoramento de programas de políticas públicas de prevenção do HIV/AIDS, e a inclusão de aspectos relacionados ao tratamento, à terapia antirretroviral e o uso de preservativos para a população.
Objetivo: Descrever as práticas realizadas por enfermeiros no manejo ao paciente crítico com cetoacidose diabética (CAD). Método: Revisão integrativa de literatura realizada entre maio e junho de 2022 nas bases: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Banco de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF) e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE/PubMed). Foram selecionados para esta revisão 08 artigos. Resultados: Os resultados apontam que o enfermeiro deve estar atento aos sinais e sintomas dos fatores precipitantes causadores da CAD e, entre os portadores, promover ações para o seu controle, por intermédio de medidas como monitoramento da glicemia e o desenvolvimento de atividades educativas para o autocuidado. Este profissional deve manter a observação de forma contínua durante o tratamento. Conclusão: A cetoacidose é uma emergência glicêmica no qual torna-se necessário que o profissional de enfermagem tenha conhecimentos fundamentais a respeito dos sinais e sintomas da CAD.
