A cesariana é uma intervenção obstétrica que visa salvar a vida das mulheres e seus recém-nascidos, e quando realizada sob uma indicação medica, é uma cirurgia segura e essencial, mas quando realizada sem qualquer indicação medica, não há evidencias que tragam benéficos e ainda alguns estudos relatam que trazem prejuízos para a saúde do recém-nascido e da criança. As taxas de cesárea têm crescido bruscamente em todo o mundo, sendo o Brasil um dos piores cenários, portanto o objetivo desse estudo foi identificar os prejuízos que a cesariana sem indicação pode trazer ao desenvolvimento e saúde do recém-nascido e da criança. Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo onde os artigos foram selecionados nas bases de dados LILACS e Medline. Como resultado a cesariana apresentou maior risco de atrasos no desenvolvimento e neurodesenvolvimento, já o desenvolvimento de morbidades e eventos adversos infantis foram mais prevalentes em crianças nascidas por cesárea em comparação às nascidas de parto normal. A colonização da microbiota intestinal também foi diferente quando comparado as duas vias de parto, encontra-se nas crianças nascidas por cesariana uma menor diversidade microbiana ao longo da infância, que está relacionada ao risco aumentado de desenvolvimento de doenças do sistema imunológico. Desta maneira conclui-se que precisamos mensurar o uso dessa via de parto sem indicação, pois trás consequências a saúde do recém-nascido e da criança.
O objetivo é investigar a adesão das profissionais do sexo aos serviços de saúde da assistência primária no Brasil. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. Para a execução da busca dos artigos utilizou-se os seguintes descritores: prostituição, profissionais do sexo, acesso aos serviços de saúde e assistência à saúde, nas bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) e U.S. National Library of Medicine (PUBMED). Os critérios de inclusão adotados foram: ano de publicação, artigos em língua portuguesa, inglesa ou espanhola e produções científicas publicadas no período de 2010 a 2019. Foram excluídos os estudos que não abordassem a temática relacionada ao objetivo da revisão. Com base no método utilizado, foram selecionados sete artigos. Os estudos expõem que as profissionais do sexo encontram dificuldades constantemente quando procuram por atendimento nos serviços públicos de atenção primária à saúde. As causas mais citadas que dificultam o acesso estão relacionadas à forma predominante a barreiras sociais e institucionais. Compreende-se que as profissionais do sexo apresentam baixa adesão aos serviços de saúde da atenção primária no Brasil. A presença de barreiras dificulta o acesso e proporciona o distanciamento dessas mulheres dos serviços público de saúde, reduzindo a adesão ao sistema de atenção primária.
Considerando que a doação de órgãos e tecidos para transplantes é muitas vezes a única opção terapêutica de diversos casos clínicos e que o número de doações é insuficiente de forma universal, é preciso compreender as causas que levam os indivíduos encaram esse processo de forma negativa. O objetivo Analisar as percepções subjetivas de indivíduos que participaram do processo de doação de órgãos, tanto profissionais como familiares, a fim de identificar os fatores que levam a escolha de doar ou não. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, que buscou publicações dos últimos cinco anos na Bireme e as bases de dados Scielo, Medline e PubMed. A avaliação dos dados quantitativos indicou as características gerais dos estudos incluídos e dos sujeitos que participaram das respectivas pesquisas incluídas, enquanto a análise qualitativa levou a organização de quatro grupos (familiares – potenciais doadores vivos, familiares de indivíduos falecidos, profissionais de saúde e enfermeiros exclusivamente) e suas respectivas percepções sobre o processo de doação de órgãos. A ampliação das percepções dos indivíduos através do acesso a informações e conhecimentos sobre a doação de órgãos pode beneficiar a dinâmica deste processo. A pesquisa evidenciou a necessidade da humanização na assistência a família durante o processo de doação, abertura de espaços para conversas e reflexões sobre o tema, e da melhora do acesso à informação e promoção da educação permanente dos profissionais de saúde.
O parto é um processo importante na vida de uma mulher, onde transforma sua vida. Esse processo não era considerado um procedimento médico, pois ocorria em um ambiente familiar de uma forma livre. Porém com o passar dos anos houve uma mudança nesse aspecto, onde o parto passou a ser considerado um procedimento realizado pela equipe de saúde em hospitais. A partir disso, a literatura nos mostra que nesse processo passou a ocorrer falta de atenção as necessidades da parturiente, caracterizado pela violência obstétrica, sendo considerado o conjunto de vários tipos de violência e danos durante o cuidado profissional durante o parto, podendo ser uma experiência traumática na vida da mulher. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar na literatura a percepção das parturientes acerca da violência obstétrica no trabalho de parto e parto. O estudo foi elaborado como uma revisão de escopo, onde foi estabelecida a seguinte questão norteadora: “Qual a percepção das parturientes acerca da violência obstétrica no trabalho de parto e parto?” O método que foi utilizado para a coleta de dados é o levantamento bibliográfico, por meio da busca eletrônica de artigos, onde só foram considerados estudos científicos publicados em português, inglês e espanhol no período de 2016 a 2021. Como resultados as principais percepções das parturientes foram: episiotomia de rotina ou sem consentimento; percepção restrita do conceito de violência obstétrica ou desconhecimento do termo; manobra de Kristeller; uso de medicamentos para induzir o trabalho de parto; não permissão de escolha de posição durante o parto e privação da liberdade do acompanhante. Desta maneira conclui-se, os episódios de violência obstétrica são muito comuns, porém a percepção das puérperas é limitada e restrita, com desconhecimento do termo. O assunto pouco compreendido como um ato violento, pela falta de conhecimento.
O parto e o puerpério possuem diferentes representações e experiências subjetivas. As inúmeras mudanças fisiológicas, psicológicas e na rotina individual associam-se a diferentes fragilidades para as mulheres nestes processos. Identificar problemáticas e potenciais soluções relacionadas a fragilidades da mulher gestante durante o parto e puerpério. Revisão de literatura de caráter exploratório e qualitativo. As buscas foram realizadas na BVS e suas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), no portal de periódicos da CAPES e na Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e suas bases de dados SCIELO e LILACS. As vulnerabilidades para mulher durante o processo de parturição e o período após o parto é uma realidade abrangente que pode ser agravada negativamente de acordo com o contexto e aspectos individuais. Essas fragilidades são potencializadas pelos determinantes sociais e, principalmente, pela ausência de humanização nos cuidados. Realizar o atendimento das gestantes no parto e pós-parto de forma integrativa e humanizada, respeitando as diretrizes legais presentes no Brasil, pode gerar impactos positivos na experiência das mulheres, gerando maior conforto e segurança no parto e puerpério.
