The BaTiO3 is one of the most studied ferroelectric materials mostly due to its great potential for technological applications. Recently, other properties have been explored in BaTiO3, such as photoluminescence, photoacoustic and magnetism. These characteristics are mainly found when replacing the Ba and Ti ions by other transition metals or rare earths ions. The solid state reaction technique was used to prepare solid solutions of BaTi(1-x)MnxO3, in which the precursors BaCO3, TiO2 e MnO2 were weighed according to desired stoichiometry, for x between (0.001 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) and placed in the mill for 24 hours. Then, the obtained solid solution was calcined at a temperature of 1200 ° C for 1 hour. After calcination, the solid solution BaTi(1-x)MnxO3, were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and by a magnetometer vibrating sample to verify the existence of magnetic properties. The results presented in this work are satisfactory, where we obtained a multiferroic material.

Este artigo apresenta uma breve revisão sobre o sistema produtivo por ordem de produção, destacando seus benefícios na indústria. Explora-se a importância de um software de gestão integrada (ERP) para sua efetividade, juntamente com ferramentas de apoio, como roteiro de fabricação, estrutura de item e padrão descritivo de materiais. O sistema produtivo por ordem de produção mostrou-se uma estratégia eficaz para o gerenciamento e controle das atividades produtivas, resultando em fluxo de produção otimizado, melhor utilização de recursos e redução de custos operacionais. Destaca-se a flexibilidade na execução da produção, redução de estoques desnecessários, melhoria da qualidade, aumento da produtividade, melhor controle dos recursos disponíveis e rastreabilidade dos insumos. Este artigo enfatiza que o sistema produtivo por ordem de produção, aliado a um ERP e ferramentas adequadas, é uma estratégia valiosa para empresas que buscam aprimorar a gestão da produção, obter redução de custos, aumentar a eficiência e satisfazer os clientes em um mercado competitivo.

This paper presents the use of Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) and development of abrasive paste using oiticica oil, a typical plant in the northeast region of Brazil, are presented as a necessity in the face of the problems related to the surface finishing process parts employing existing comercial paste. Proper surface finishing and polishing improves the quality and performance efficiency of the work. With this, the main objective of this work is to use an equipment and an alternative paste for the machining of aluminum 6061-T6 and SAE 1045 steel parts. A prepared formulation of abrasive paste with oiticica oil and solid particles of silicon carbide was proposed and compared with a conventional paste in the machining of the two metals in question. The mass and the internal diameter of the parts were analyzed before and after the machining. It was established the variation of the number of cycles in Abrasive Flow Machining, keeping constant the concentration and size of the metal particles in the paste considered. The paste formulation with oiticica oil showed a new commercial paste option under development that may contribute to a better performance in the micro-machining of metal parts.
