El presente articulo analiza sociológicamente la forma en que las personas que forman parte de una organización compleja reconstruyen un conflicto social interno. Ese proceso se interpreta desde la teoria freudiana del proceso de amatar al padren. Se utiliza la elaboración teórica en Tdtern y tabú de 1912. La segunda aplicación es a la teoria de las desorganizaciones, dentro de la Sociologia de las Organizaciones. En el anáiisis se utilizan transcripciones de entrevistas en grupo (10 EEP) realizadas durante un a80 (1993) dentro de la organización (la policia municipal dd una gran ciudad espafiola), asi como información de observación participante (OP) durante un afio. El articulo analiza primero 10s grupos que existen dentro de la estructura actual de la organización y el tip0 de conflictos que generan entre ellos. En la parte central se estudia el poder a traves de 10s sistemas de jerarquización, el poder de jefatura, 10s mandos intermedios y 10 que Perrow conceptualiza como elpoder de 10s sinpoder. Se interpreta la experiencia pasada de derrocamiento del jefe como un caso de amatar al padren, analizando el conflicto actual como continuación del mismo proceso.Al no institucionalizarse el conflicto (sustituir la accidnpor la idea) se repite de forma simbólica el parricidi0 del jefe. El articulo muestra la forma en que la teoria psicoanalítica grupal se puede aplicar a las organizaciones complejas contemporáneas, permitiendo una interpretación sociológica para analizar la forma en que las personas construyen la realidad social. RESUMEN. La policía se puede analizar como una función del Estado, como una profesión o como una organización. En este artículo se hace una aproximación al tema desde estas tres perspectivas para acabar cuestionando el papel de la policía como simple garante de la ley y el orden. El policía debe resolver problemas de los ciudadanos al mismo tiempo que protege el interés general de la colectividad. “Cities and Bicycles: The role of municipal ordinances” is a book that comes from expert users, both in infrastructure and data analysis and legislation, to fill an important gap in sustainable mobility. Though It is recommended for all interested public, it is focused in technicians who want to enrich their own knowledge, based on content coming from the preferences and experiences of people who use the bicycle as a means of transport in a daily basis, and apply them in their work. In the article, the author, an exceptional witness as a representative of ConBici for a decade, tells, in first person, how the publication was conceived and who contributed to its writing and realization. It also, to some extent, fills a void for municipalities that currently encourage the drafting of ordinances that affect the bicycle and demand a standard text on which to rely.
