El estudio desarrolló un modelo de simulación para su aplicación en pequeñas empresas respecto a problemas de planificación táctica de la producción en escenarios de incertidumbre. Se utilizaron herramientas informáticas como Microsoft Excel con aplicaciones VBA, SPSS 25 y Minitab 18. Los planes agregados de producción siguieron estrategias heurísticas. Se evidenció que una estrategia de nivelación representaba el menor costo de producción (295,984 dólares). La simulación de 1000 escenarios aleatorios para las ventas determinó que en el 96.1% de los casos se debería mantener la estrategia de nivelación. Se demostró que la estrategia de nivelación mantendría costos entre 258,665 y 281,801 dólares en un 50% de escenarios probables, en un 25% los costos superarían los 281,801 dólares, mientras que los montos superiores a 313,268 dólares serían atípicos. El intervalo de confianza para su media estaría comprendido entre los 269,111 y 271,247 dólares. Finalmente, se pudo concluir que la simulación puede reducir el grado de incertidumbre en la toma de decisiones de pequeñas empresas.
the research aimed to evaluate the achievement of research skills in students of the faculty of medical sciences of Peruvian public university from the implementation and application of the inverted classroom. To this end, 99 students of the 9th cycle of nursing and midwifery courses enrolled in the course of research methodology were used as a population, divided into an experimental group of 45 students of the nursing course in which the inverted classroom was implemented; And a control group with 54 midwifery students who received traditional teaching. Three measurements of competency achievement were performed in week 8, 12 and 16 of the semester. The moodle educational platform was used to implement and apply the inverted classroom. The results showed different average scores in the evaluation of the postest, of 1.32 points of the experimental group over the control group, as a result of the application of the inverted classroom as a strategy to improve learning of the research methodology. It was concluded that the application of the inverted classroom significantly improves the achievement of research skills related to the problem of the research project, the development of the theoretical framework and learning the methodology of th e research project.
The essential purpose of this research study is to describe the relationship between inclusive education and its development with the philosophy of religion in Peru. Based on the primary data analysis for collecting the data, this research study used informative questions related to the independent and dependent variables. These data were gathered from people who know about inclusive education and development. Some questions were fulfilled by students of schools and colleges. The research study used smart PLS software and generated different results to investigate. Inclusive education and its development is the primary independent variable, including the physical environment, sensory attitude, expectations, and opportunities; these are all sub-parts of an independent variable. The philosophy of religion is the main dependent variable. The composite reliability, discriminant validity, R square, F square, total effects, significant analysis, and the fitness analysis model also describe the Algorithm model of smart PLS related to the inclusive education and development and philosophy of religion. The overall result found a positive and direct relationship between inclusive education and its development with the philosophy of religion in Peru.
This research describes educational innovation through information and communication technologies and proposes a case study in a formative research course where the Covid-19 pandemic led to the need to rethink the entire teaching-learning process. The research was of the non-experimental type with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) and a descriptive scope. The analyzed course was taught in person and at the beginning of the pandemic it became a virtual course where the class was developed through Zoom and with the support of an educational platform in Canvas. However, the course has been redesigned to be carried out in an asynchronous modality, where the teacher fulfills a function of accompaniment and virtual advice. Likewise, the course has included gamification strategies where the student can obtain badges depending on their progress. In conclusion, it has been possible to demonstrate how information and communication technologies facilitate educational innovation for a correct design and implementation of virtual learning environments.
The study aimed to explain the influence of the alliance of knowledge of popular care and professional care in the promotion of infant health in a health institution located in northern Peru. An applied and explanatory study of quasi-experimental design was used with a sample of 40 mothers of children under 2 years of age. Information was collected on mothers' knowledge regarding the essential components of infant health promotion such as feeding, hygiene and early stimulation, between the months of October to December 2021. Subsequently, the alliance of popular knowledge of health promotion was applied with the practice of professional care in the mothers who made up the experimental group. The nonparametric Chi square test was used to contrast the study hypothesis.Finally, it was shown that the alliance of knowledge of popular care and professional care significantly influences the practices of feeding, hygiene and early stimulation that mothers have for their nursing children.
