The image processing and computer vision systems have been widely used for identification, classification, grading andquality evaluation in the agriculture area. Defect identification and maturity detection of mango fruits are challenging task for thecomputer vision to achieve near human levels of recognition. The proposed framework is useful in the supermarkets and can beutilized in computer vision for the automatic sorting of fruits from a set, consisting of different kind of fruits. The objective of thiswork is to develop an automated tool, which can be capable of identifying defect and detect maturity of mango fruits based on shape,size and color features by digital image analysis. MATLAB have been used as the programming tool for identification andclassification of fruits using Image Processing toolbox. Proposed method can be used to detect the visible defects, stems, size andshape of mangos, and to grade the mango in high speed and precision.
Without substantial automation, individuals cannot manage the complexity ofoperations and the scale of information to be utilized to secure cyberspace. Nonetheless,technology and software with traditional fixed implementations are difficult to build (hardwireddecision-making logic) in order to successfully safeguard against security threats. This conditioncan be dealt with using machine simplicity and learning methods in AI. This paper provides aconcise overview of AI implementations of various cybersecurity using artificial technologies andevaluates the prospects for expanding the cybersecurity capabilities by enhancing the defensemechanism. We may infer that valuable applications already exist after the review of currentartificial intelligence software on cybersecurity. First of all, they are used to protect the peripheryand many other cybersecurity areas with neural networks. On the other hand, it was clear thatcertain cybersecurity problems would only be overcome efficiently if artificial intelligenceapproaches are deployed. In strategic decision making, for example, comprehensive informationis important, and logical decision assistance is one of the still unanswered cybersecurity issues.

Background: Non-communicable diseases (NCD) are the leading cause of death globally today. In West Sumatrathere has been an increase in NCD which exceeds the national average percentage. Telomere shortening is associatedwith occurrence of NCD. Shortening of telomeres is influenced by diet. The purpose of this study was to examine therelationship between Saturated Fatty Acid (SAFA) intake and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity with the telomerelength of Minangkabau ethnic men.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study. The sample of this study were 69 civil servants of Minangkabaumale at the district office in the Padang City, aged 40-50 years and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data on SAFA intake was obtained using Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ), SOD activitywas measured using the Calorimetric method and telomere length was measured using Real Time Polymerase ChainReaction (RT-PCR) by O'Challaghan and Fennech method. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlationtest with significance level p<0.05.Results: The results showed an average SAFA intake 10.47 + 3.46% calories, SOD activity 5.93 + 0.81units/ml andtelomere length 468.94 + 199.25bp. Correlation test between telomere length with SAFA intake showed (p=0.338),and the correlation test between SOD activity and telomere length showed (p=0.01).Conclusions: From this study it was concluded that there was no correlation between SAFA intake and telomerelength and there was a significant positive correlation between SOD activity and the telomere length of Minangkabauethnic men.

Desain research ini menggunakan methode diskriptif, sampelyang dibildi yaitu alle nurset yang berkja diruang paru dan bangsal RSUD Bangil Pasuruan. The totalsampling that was taken is 24 people with the technique of total sampling. The instrument used fordata collection is observation. Hasil peresinikan dari 24 orang erkebhan hasil 14 orang kursemberkempuan "cukup baik" or about 58,3%. Serta 10 people berkempuan berkempuan "baik" dalamdalam pakanan terapi oxygen atau around 41,6%. From the results of this research, it is shown that theability of nurses to provide care needs to be improved according to the SOP.
