The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation and competency on employee's performance. The Objects are employees of BJB bank at Ciamis, Garut and Tasikmalaya). The method used is descriptive. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique with total of the samples 89 people. By path analysis, the research found that work motivation with indicators internal and external motivation; work culture with indicators of Service excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Intelligence, Trust included in the high category. Work motivation with indicators of internal motivation and external motivation is included in the sufficient category. Competencies with indicators of Work Quality, Cooperation, Responsibility and Quantity of work are included in the sufficient category. Employee performance with indicators of Work Quality, Discipline Behavior, Use of work time and Attendance are included in the sufficient category. There is a partial positive effect and simultaneous work culture, work motivation and competence on employee performance so that the hypothesis is verified. This means that if the strategy which includes work culture, work motivation and competence is increased, the performance of bank employees to Tasikmalaya, Garut and Ciamis will be better.
The economic development of creative industries is an important aspect as a potentially good force for the national economy for the future. However, the creative industry in Tasikmalaya lacks product innovation, still maintaining the authenticity of its products by 67%, products that are easily replicated by 83%. Utilization of digital marketing concepts provides hope for MSMEs to develop into economic power centers. This research aims to analyze the determining factors of digital marketing usage and its influence on digital marketing in the creative industries in Tasikmalaya. This research is categorized as explanatory research which is a study that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The Inference Statitic method used in the analysis of this research data is the path of analysis. The results showed knowledge of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) adoption had a significant effect on digital marketing. Innovation has a significant impact on digital marketing. Digital marketing is influenced by the knowledge of ICT adoption and Innovation. Knowledge of ICT adoption and innovation affects digital marketing through digital marketing.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Pada Industri Tahu di Sentra Industri Tahu Kota Banjar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 pengusaha tahu di sentra industri tahu Kota Banjar. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sensus dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Secara simultan orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran.
