Kualitas layanan pendidikan perlu diperhatikan guna mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna layanan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis mutu layanan Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksploratif dimana yang menjadi populasi dan sampel yakni 55 mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Magister Manajemen dari angkatan 2016 hingga 2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Service Quality dengan menentukan nilai gap antara persepsi dan kinerja, membuat rangking dari nilai gap tertinggi hingga terendah, dan diagram kartesius. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa dari 5 dimensi service quality, terdapat 2 dimensi memiliki gap tertinggi yakni tangible dan responsiveness dikarenakan ketidaksesuaian mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dalam mendapatkan pelayanan yang layak.
Indonesia officially declared the first case of the corona virus infection that caused Covid-19 in early March 2020. Since then, various counter measures have been taken by the government to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 outbreaks in various sectors. Restrictions on community activities affect business activities which led to economics declination. Almost all sectors are affected. This study aims to estimate the impact of the COVID-19 outbreaks on the regional economics development. This research using composite index to estimate the impact of the COVID-19 outbreaks on the regional economic develompment and this was carried out by building an index composite showing the severity of health on one hand and economic performance on the other. This research shows, 34 provinces in Indonesia can be classified into four quadrants: 1) health improving and the economy is improving, 2) health is improving and the economy is deteriorating, 3) health worsening and the economy is improving, and 4) health is deteriorating and the economy is deteriorating. This study aprovide suggestions in order to be more accurate in identifying problems and finding precise solutions, the local government should collect data and research on economic aspects in a fast and precise way, namely 1) the level of the COVID-19 outbreak in the province, 2 ) risk factors for natural disasters, 3), factors characteristic of economic problems, 4) fiscal burden factors.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah calon mahasiswa yang ada di kabupaten Gresik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu program analisis SPSS 15 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan. Namun, nilai koefisien pengaruh total citra perguruan tinggi lebih kecil yaitu 0,161 jika dibandingkan dengan kualitas jasa 0,368 yang lebih besar.
Along with the growth rate of laying hen farms in Indonesia, SME’’S X, which is a laying hen breeder, has been doing business in this field for a long time and wants to expand. The expansion is carried out to add new customers, because the growth in the number of customers is less significant than the amount of production. In addition, SME’’S X often gets error reports from both production and sales. To expand, SME’’S X needs to improve the company's internal conditions first. Currently SME’’S X is carrying out repairs, but the improvements or developments that have been made have little impact, because the owner does not have clear priorities and standards to use. This study aims to evaluate the organizational effectiveness of SME’’S X. See how far SME’’S X has been effective or not in managing the organization and provide recommendations for improvements to the indicators in each criterion that need to be improved. To evaluate the effectiveness of a company using the Organizational Effectiveness Checklist (OEC), there are stages in determining indicators, identifying priorities and determining performance standards. Identification of the assessment of each indicator is carried out by means of interviews with experts and weighting is carried out which is processed using AHP to determine the priority of selected indicators that must be considered first. The results of the overall evaluation calculation, the effectiveness value of SME’’S X is 3.546. That SME’’S X is in a safe condition but needs to improve three criteria, namely growth, stability, and information management in increasing the effectiveness of the company
