Instruments measuring spectral reflectance are extensively used by many researchers to determine the relationship between grain yield (GY), quality, and physiological traits of bread wheat genotypes at different developmental stages. This study was carried out under rain-fed conditions in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 growing seasons in Muş province. The experiment was set up in a randomized block experimental design with 3 replicates. Except to flowering stage chlorophyll content (FSC), statistically significant differences were determined among genotypes at the level of p≤0.01 in all examined characteristics. More explicitly, G6, G8, G10, Müfitbey, Hanlı and Metin in terms of GY; Cemre, Kenanbey and Bezostaja 1 as regards quality traits; Ekiz, G8, and G9 with regard to physiological traits were found as significant genotypes. Biplot model analysis, used to determine genotype-trait and stability relationship, showed that thousand grain weight (TGW) and plant height (PH) were positively associated with both GY and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). GY was found to be related to canopy temperature (CT) and heading time (HT) negatively. Notably, NDVI were positively related to protein ratio. Hanlı, Metin, G6, G8, and G10 were established as the high-yielded stabile genotypes which are least affected from environmental conditions
The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of reducing wilt disease through the medium of fresh chicken manure (FCM) mixed with soil before solarized and then artificial Verticillium dahliae (V.d) inoculation on yield of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) under field conditions. According to the splitplot design, solarization of main plots, sub-plots with fresh chicken manure and V dahliae inoculation were established as a mini parcel in experiment with three replications. During solarization, the average temperature values were ensured by means of increasing the fresh chicken manure per unit area recorded 24 times per day (24 h) at intervals of one week. Among the 6 applications form, the highest average temperature was obtained at "12 kg FCM m-2 +solarization" application for soil surface, 10, 20 and 30 cm depth. There was increasing 18°C, a temperature according to control (no FCM), and this difference decreased with increasing soil depth, which was calculated as 8°C at 30 cm depth soil. During the day, the highest temperature values were obtained in the middle of the day on the ground, and underground measurements were performed at night.

Anahtar Kelimeler: Buğday, verim, kalite, GGE-biplot Biplot Analysis of Some Advanced Bread Wheat Genotypes in Terms of Yield and Quality Parameters AbstractThis study was conducted in randomized complete block design with 4 replications in 3 locations (Diyarbakir, Ceylanpınar and Hazro) under rainfall conditions during 2014-2015 growing season. The purpose of the study is to determine genotypes with high yield, large adaptation ability and high quality. Twenty advanced lines and five checks were evaluated in terms of Zeleny sedimentation, protein content, test weight (TW), thousand grain weight (TGW) and grain yield. According to the results of analysis of variance, significant differences were determined for Z. sedimentation, test weight (TW), thousand grain weight (TGW) and grain yield at the level of 1%. Grain yields of genotypes ranged from 564-678 kg da -1 , Z. sedimentation 25.8-41.5, thousand grain weight (TGW) 30.0-41.4 g, and test weight (TW) 78.2-82.7. Biplot analysis method was performed to evaluate relation between traits, genotype-traits and environmenttraits. According to GGE-biplot results, a high and significant correlation was determined between the test weight and thousand grain weight and grain yield, and between protein content and Z. sedimentation as well. Dinç (control) showed the best performance as grain yield and test weight. G7, G9, G11, G12, G16 and G18 have superiority in quality traits s...
