Fortalecer la cultura tributaria es fundamental para incrementar el cumplimiento voluntario y mejorar la disposición de los ciudadanos para hacer frente a los impuestos en nuestra sociedad. Por ello, el objetivo del presente estudio fue demostrar la eficacia de la aplicación de un Programa de Orientación Tributaria en el conocimiento tributario de los estudiantes de dos instituciones educativas del nivel secundario de la provincia de Barranca, constituida por una muestra de 80 alumnos del 5to año de secundaria de la I. E. Ventura Ccalamaqui y de la I. E. Guillermo E. Billinghurst, estos divididos en 2 grupos (experimental y de control) a quienes se les aplicó un Balotario de preguntas antes y después de la orientación tributaria a fin de medir la eficacia del Programa de Orientación. Se determinó promedios de ambas instituciones, en la I.E. Ventura Ccalamaqui la calificación alcanzó 14,3 puntos en promedio, mientras que en la I.E Guillermo E. Billinghurst llegó solo a 12,63 puntos en promedio (14,3-12,63=1,67), determinado a un 99% de confianza se logró alcanzar el nivel en las calificaciones. Concluyendo que, al aplicar el Programa de Orientación Tributaria existe diferencia significativa entre ambas instituciones alcanzando la mayor efectividad en la I.E. Ventura Ccalamaqui.
En la actualidad el sector turismo a nivel mundial viene cerrando la caída de las operaciones turísticos. Este estudio se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar el impacto de la COVID-19 en la economía de las empresas hoteleras de la provincia de Barranca durante el año 2020, para lo cual se hizo uso de una metodología básico y descriptiva, para la recolección de datos se aplicó un sistema de encuesta por cuestionario mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple, el cual estuvo constituido por 39 empresas hoteleras de la provincia de Barranca, para la recolección de datos se aplicaron 15 cuestionarios, el cual revelan que el impacto de la COVID-19 fue significativo: el 78,9% de las empresas hoteleras indican que afectó la economía en general; el 13,2% sostiene que afectó la prestación de servicios de las empresas hoteleras y el 18,4% sostienen que el consumo local de las empresas hoteleras se vio afectado; finalmente, el 81,6% sostiene que el consumo local de las empresas hoteleras disminuyó, se concluye cuyo resultado permitieron conocer que el COVID-19 ha desencadeno la económica del sector hotelero loca, por la reducción significativa de la demanda de los servicios de los hoteleras de la provincia de Barranca.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de la responsabilidad social empresarial en el éxito competitivo de las empresas agroexportadoras de la provincia de Barranca. La responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) se constituye en el ejercicio clave de la evolución histórica de las entidades que data de un ciclo atrás, desde el concepto mismo se plantea una renovación continua que ha ido habilitando su posicionamiento. Se utilizo una metodología descriptiva, correlacional y no experimental, para la recolección de información se elaboró cuestionario, el cual estuvo constituido por 15 empresas agroexportadoras de la provincia de Barranca y se aplicó el sistema de encuesta por cuestionario mediante el sistema de muestreo aleatorio simple.
La enfermedad profesional (EP) como estado patológico, crónico o temporal afecta la salud física o mental del trabajador, originados en sus labores o espacio. El objetivo del estudio fue explicar que el reconocimiento del origen ocupacional de la enfermedad impulsa a la mejora de la gestión preventiva; y recomendar la mejora de la calidad de vida. Para ello, realizamos una investigación básica, de enfoque cualitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal, población la legislación de salud en el trabajo, muestra legislación sobre EP del régimen laboral privado, técnica análisis de documentos de legislación e instrumento guía de análisis de documentos de legislación. Los resultados evidenciaron que, el reconocimiento EP mejora la gestión preventiva en salud en el trabajo y la calidad de vida digna; la Ley 31025 discrimina a los laboristas del régimen privado al reconocer como EP la COVID-19 exclusivamente para servidores de la salud; apruebe el Congreso de la República el Convenio 121 OIT; y actualizar el D.S.003-98-SA. Concluimos que la EP se sigue tratando como enfermedad común; la lista es de cláusula mixta; la evaluación y calificación es riguroso hasta burocrático; la universalización de la salud es progresiva; el reconocimiento denegado se judicializa; y la COVID-19 en el sector privado no está catalogada como EP.
