The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of using a mobile learning platform for students’ entrepreneurial competence improvement. The platform was implemented by the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. It allowed users to publish assignments, exchange ideas, generate photo and video content, demonstrate creative developments, and receive feedback. The research process enrolled 70 experimental group students, 25 control group students, 2 instructors, and 2 administrators from the considered educational institutions, as well as 3 practitioners invited to review projects. As a result of this examination (Cronbach’s alpha ranged from 0.678 to 0.714), it was noted that 41.4% of all research participants rather agreed that the experiment goals were accomplished and noted personal progress in mastering entrepreneurial competences, whereas 53.4% agreed unequivocally that the experiment was fully successful. Analysis of entrepreneurial competences and deviations from repeated competence evaluations before and after the experiment revealed that the experimental group was marked with notable progress (F (1.32) = 42.26, p = 0.00, = 0.56). Average entrepreneurial competence assessment results for this group were slightly higher than those for control – they constituted 4.5 points against 4.0. Research findings are believed to be universal and interesting to educators and administrative staff of educational institutions or those involved in creating and conducting entrepreneurship training courses.
This article aims to analyze the relationship between the threat of ransomware and new effective counteraction principles for law enforcement agencies to utilize. Moreover, it contemplates on how specific behavior of persons can help reduce the threat of being infected with this malicious software. It establishes that certain changes made in society's mentality towards their computer and network systems can significantly reduce the consequent damages of ransomware attacks. The manuscript uses a qualitative research approach and the analysis of variance (ANOVA), including an F-test, which defines major challenges in ransomware. This is the first empirical research piece which uses this type of data and approach for the analysis of current threats in global ransomware security. The article suggests that the main challenge is the systematic growth of ransomware connected to illegal businesses and the inattentive actions of casual users. The research paper proposes the implementation of global ransomware counteraction principles on the base of challenges that are present now and the prospects of rising threats in the future. In addition, the manuscript analyzes the trends of the last 2-years of attacks to find and determine new ways of successfully counteracting it for optimal innovative regional development.
В современных условиях важным направлением обеспечения инновационного развития и связанной с этим процессом задачей осуществления устойчивых экономических преобразований, является совершенствование инструментов управления, разработка, внедрение новых подходов и критериев управления для достижения необходимых темпов инновационного развития экономики страны. В работе рассмотрены вопросы выбора направлений инновационного развития регионов и важность учета мультипликаторов инновационного развития для разработки моделей формирования и реализации программ развития, за счет взаимного влияния отраслей, местных эколого-экономических, финансовых ресурсов, административных ресурсов, их продуктивности. Такой подход состоит в учете общего мультипликативного эффекта, который позволяет рассматривать дополнительные косвенные преимущества, отражающиеся затем на общем развитии. Исходим из того, что национальная экономика представляется трехукладной, уклады (направления) равноправны и инновационное развитие только тогда реализуемо и примет необходимые темпы развития, когда все эти три направления будут продуктивными. Ввиду этого, рассматриваются инструменты управленческой экономикипродуктивности ресурсов и соответствующие мультипликаторы: эколого-экономических ресурсов регионов страны, финансовых ресурсов и ресурсов человеческого капитала; сделаны выводы о том, что для оценки инновационного развития страны важно использование системы моделей мультипликаторов на основе индикаторов продуктивностей трех вышеуказанных ресурсов. Такая оценка и такой инструмент наиболее важны для стран с экономиками сырьевой направленности с учетом возникающих диспропорций и структурной неоднородности между секторами экономики.
This study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of an open innovation cryptocurrency financial system using a statistical approach. The data array reflects the actual speed of the cryptocurrency system, expressed in transactions per second (TPS), taken as the average annual speed. The article offers a comprehensive approach for choosing the optimal cryptocurrency financial system. The final analysis shows that the reasons for the adoption of the cryptocurrency financial system are practicality and convenience, as well as efficient transaction time, faster payment, and simplicity of the payment process. The impact of social factors, expected efforts, and conditions of assistance on the attitude to the cryptocurrency financial system were evaluated. In addition, social factors that have a significant impact on the implementation of the cryptocurrency financial system were identified.
Purpose: the aim of the work is to study the problems of innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its regions, to consider the management of innovative development of regions on the basis of integrated management (sharing project and scenario approaches).Methods: the methods of system analysis, the concept of system-integrated management, including the combined use of project and system approaches, outlined the methodological outline of the study.Results: the proposed theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of innovative development of the region; considered the concept of project management of the region, made the transition from consideration of the economy itself to a complex of state programs for their development, taken as an interconnected system. The state programs themselves are considered as a set of projects (programs). Further it is proposed to use scenario management for their analysis and implementation. A cybernetic model of the region's innovative development management system is proposed.Conclusions and Relevance: to manage the innovative development of the country and its regions, it is possible and necessary to use the transition and system management of a complex of strategic and planned development programs of the country and its regions, which are an integrated system of interrelated documents. The cybernetic model of the region's innovative development management system allows making a transition to using an integral approach of sharing scenario and project management in system modeling of the formation and implementation of IRR programs and effectively selecting management solutions for the further implementation of development programs (projects).
