Culinary plays an important role in human life, because culinary itself cannot be separated from cultural, social, and economic elements. Tourists visiting a tourist spot will like to do culinary tours, especially every time they visit one area. Local cuisine can be a reinforcement of the tourism theme in tourist destinations. Local specialties culinary that provide a distinctive taste can remind tourists to return to a tourist area. Perean Village is currently starting to stretch to prepare itself as a tourist village. It has many culinary products that can be sold both to tourists and the local community. Local cuisine has a unique and distinctive taste, has an important role in serving food and beverages for tourists. The distinctive taste of the food can be an attraction for tourists to taste the food. The purpose of this study can be described as follows:(1) to Identify the potential of local specialties for food and beverages as tourism supporter in Perean village, Bali. (2) to modify standard local recipes into innovative recipes to suit the tastes of tourists visiting the village so that it can provide income for the community? The location of this research is Perean village which is preparing itself as a tourist village. Data collection methods are interview methods, participatory observation methods, documentation methods and FGD. In modifying the recipe is used experiment methods. Furthermore, in analyzing data using qualitative analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data display and the last step is drawing conclusions and verification. The result of the research is that es rujak is a traditional drink has a distinctive taste but has not been used to optimally so that modifications can be made to standard recipes to suit the tastes of tourists by reducing the spicy and sour taste and adding sweetness.
The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the application of environmental media in the development of child study at kindergarten. The kind of research used in this study is qualitative. The object of research used in this study is the teachers of group B, children, and the principal of the elementary school. The data-collection technique used was observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are the reduction of data, the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Research indicates that practices use the environmental media of natural and artificial environments to develop a child's interest in learning with Expressed interest (a verbal expression expressed whether a child likes or dislikes an object), Manifest interest (interest expressed by actions or actions in which the child participates in an activity and the child participates in activities), tested interest (interest expressed from the child's knowledge or skill test conclusion in an activity), and interest inventoried (interest measured in answering questions given).
Desa Bakas merupakan salah satu desa yang dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata perlu didukung oleh atraksi berbasis pada industri kreatif. Desa Bakas memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam dan potensi sumberdaya manusia yang memadai untuk dapat mengembangkan industri kreatif berupa produk anyaman berbahan baku bambu. Untuk itu program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan untuk membantu masyarakat usia lanjut untuk mendukung pengembangan desa wisata di Bakas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam program pemberdayaan ini adalah pendekatan model Asset Based Community Development (ABCD Model) merupakan model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang ada di sekitar dan dimiliki oleh komunitas masyarakat itu sendiri. Partisipan program adalah kelompok masyarakat yang berusia diatas 60 tahun yang tergabung ke dalam Kelompok Werda Kerti dengan jumlah anggota sebanyak 16 orang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini secara umum untuk menunjang Desa Bakas sebagai desa wisata dengan mengembangkan industri kreatif anyaman bambu sebagai alternatif atraksi wisata tradisi masyarakat. Tujuan khususnya adalah memberdayakan masyarakat usia lanjut dalam mengatasi tiga persoalan sosial, ekonomi, dan psikologis masyarakat usia lanjut.
Gianyar Regency has local specialties menus such as Babi Guling, Bebek Betutu, Lawar, etc. However, betutu is the most menus ordered because it is halal menu which has its uniqueness, taste, and aromatic. Meanwhile, nowadays there are several culinary products which are seeked by guest such as KFC, Ayam Geprek, and chicken or duck roasted. It is needed to figure out whether betutu still exist or not and how can betutu still exist among society. This study was aimed to figure out whether betutu still exist or not and how to maintance betutu in order to support culinary tourism in Gianyar Regency. This study was qualitative research which used deep interview for collecting the data from the informants. For the result, it was revealed that betutu still exist among the tourists and local society. It was proven by the result of interview with six informants who revealed that 5 of them can produce more than 50 portion of betutu daily. They also gave positive response toward the questions given by the researchers that revealed betutu is still sought-after by the tourists. The betutu is still made by using the original recipes and served in traditional presentation. Not only tourists, betutu still exist among local society because betutu is used as a means in Hindu ceremonies.
