This research will analyze which fuzzy membership function (MF) gives the best results in the implementation of the Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) method. The case study conducted is to predict the growth of inflation in Bali Province with ANFIS which has the main objective of analyzing the fuzzy membership function and designing a model that can predict the value of inflation growth. Inflation can also be defined as a process of increasing general prices or decreasing the value of money continuously. Inflation growth prediction uses the ANFIS method with five input parameters in the form of regional economic indicators, and the number of pairs of initial data used is 34 annual periods. Several types of membership functions (MF) that will be tested and analyzed are triangular MF, MF trapezium, and MF gbell. The cryptic inference system used is TSK-Order One, and the learning method used is a hybrid method. Based on the research results, the analysis of the fuzzy membership function in the inflation prediction system produces the best error is 1.35E-07 with the type of triangular membership function (MF).
Rumah Sakit Mata Ramata merupakan rumah sakit mata yang masih dalam tahap pembangunan baik dari segi bangunan, teknis, maupun sistem. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang pembangunan dari segi sistem pada jaringan rumah sakit ini dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan komunikasi data pada rumah sakit ini nantinya ketika sudah mulai beroperasi. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk membahas tentang konfigurasi VLAN yang berperan penting dalam mengoptimalkan komunikasi data nantinya. VLAN merupakan suatu model jaringan yang membagi jaringan secara logikal kedalam beberapa VLAN yang berbeda. VLAN tidak terbatas pada kondisi fisik jaringan seperti pada LAN, VLAN dapat di konfigurasi secara virtual tanpa harus melihat kondisi peralatan, sehingga VLAN memiliki fleksibilitas di dalam pengaturan jaringan dan memudahkan administrator jaringan dalam membagi jaringannya sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan keamanan jaringan tersebut. Karena itu lah RS Mata Ramata sangat memerlukan VLAN dalam komunikasi data nantinya yang dimana selain menghemat tempat VLAN juga dapat menghemat biaya karena tidak perlu menggunakan banyak switch untuk keperluan jaringan pada Rumah Sakit ini.
The existence of banking institutions is very important for people's lives, especially used for raise funds in the form of deposits, demand deposits, savings and others. Besides that, it is an institution banks can also play a role as channeling funds in the form of credit to the public and business entities that need it. Problems in credit disbursement cause bad loans from customers, causing losses to the bank. Credit assessment is one of the important stages that must be carried out by the bank before credit is given to the credit applicant. The credit appraisal process belongs to a semi-structured problem that is quite complex, therefore it is necessary to develop a system to predict the feasibility of applying for credit. The system built in this study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor Classification algorithm by assessing prospective borrowers from the training data used. Based on the research that has been done, the K-Nearest Neighbor Classification algorithm can be modeled in a bank credit assessment. System testing results show accuracy of calculation accuracy of 81,82%.
The lecture mapping process is often hampered by the number and capacity of rooms, this condition often occurs because of the many obstacles that must be fulfilled. For example, there are courses offered in one semester that cannot be slots in space and time and the lecturer can teach at the same time for different courses. This is experienced by the Informatics Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, which offers a fairly large subject in each semester, causing optimization of the lecture space to often experience problems. The Genetic Algorithm (GA) is a model in the optimization of lecture space based on the natural selection mechanism through; coding problem, generate initial population, calculate fitness value, selection, crossover, mutation and optimal population. In this research, the optimization process implements two crossover models in the genetic algorithm, namely the n-point crossover and the cycle crossover. Based on the research that has been carried out, two crossover models provide optimal space usage mapping. From testing the n-point crossover model system gives the best fitness 1 in the 361 generation with a computation time of 11.08 while the cycle crossover model produces the best fitness 1 in the 361 generation with a computation time of 15.08.
ABSTRACT<br />Information technology developments today, both hardware and software, computers have<br />been unable to solve problems faced by humans in various fields so that it can be resolved easily. In<br />everyday practice where a novice technician is in need of the guidance of an expert. Because<br />technicians beginners usually have a fear of taking their own decisions in diagnosing damage to an<br />electronic device. The main components that should be present in an expert system is a knowledge<br />base (knowledge base), inference engine (engine puller conclusion), explanation subsystem<br />(explanatory output subsystem) and the user interface. The implementation phase is done design the<br />system into a software model that has been designed in the previous stage. application of expert<br />systems for active speaker damage by backward chaining method in the programming language<br />Visual Basic 6.0. The results of this research are expert systems to assist in damage to diagnose<br />active speakers can make it easy for novice technicians to find the cause kerusan on the active<br />speaker.
