Companies in Mexico are changing rapidly due to situations caused by the COVID-19 health crisis. Personal and professional training is the protagonist. The present investigation was carried out at the Technological University of León, its nature is quantitative, the data was obtained through the application of the Relayn questionnaire in the 8th. Annual Research on Micro and Small Businesses (MIPES) 2022, “Difference in management strategies and managerial skills in Latin American micro and small businesses. The objective of the research is to know how the directors of the micro and small companies perceive the training. In this investigation, 378 questionnaires of those applied were validated. The results show important aspects related to training in micro and small companies that are changing their way of working and therefore must change their way of training.
The objective of this research is to present the results and comparative analysis between the countries Mexico and Colombia in the implementation of innovation, used as a tool for improvement in production, in the sales process, in the organization, in the promotion of products. And services, as a strategy of permanence in the market for micro and small companies in these countries. Surveys were randomly applied by students from both universities, the methodology applied for this research is quantitative in that it measures the percentage obtained as a result of the implementation of the innovative potential by entrepreneurs, 33,076 questionnaires were applied in the Mexican Republic and 4,050 surveys in Colombia. As a result, it was obtained that both countries agree that they offer products and services derived from the suggestions made by their clients. It is this questioning that has the highest percentage as a result of the use of innovation by companies in Mexico and Colombia. This research was carried out in 2018 and contributes with statistical data that allow us to increase and improve the level of innovation of the MIPES of Mexico and Colombia for the following years of life of the companies.
The objective of this research is to analyze the statistical data issued by INEGI (2022), where the MSMEs that were born are shown, those that closed their doors permanently and those that survived the financial pandemic by COVID-19, the methodology used is quantitative research, because it searches for and analyzes data issued by reliable sources, The companies under study had more changes and hit the economy much more than large companies, due to the high representation and job creation that occurred during the pandemic , resulting in a birth of MSMEs of 12%, against a closure represented in percentage by 12% similar and equal to the companies created during the pandemic, this type of company had as its main survival strategy, the adaptation of technological and digital aspects in their daily operation, was the resource that they highlight was used by the managers of this type of company. It is concluded that micro, small and medium enterprises in Mexico are the economic engine of the Mexican economy during and after the COVID pandemic.
The objective of this research is to analyze the main survival strategy during and after the pandemic of MIPYMES, which is undoubtedly innovation, it will analyze flugal innovation, open innovation and innovation in general of micro, small and medium-sized companies, Without a doubt, these types of companies represent the backbone of the economy in the world and in Mexico, especially in León, Guanajuato, the term innovation was used during and after the covid-19 pandemic by companies as a strategy to survive and adapt in the production processes and in the commercialization of their products, the innovation of the companies will be analyzed through the application of 350 surveys to the MIPYMES the grounded methodology is used, the research is quantitative because it measures the level of innovation that the Directors and owners of this type of company perceive they have had in their company. In the international innovation indices, Mexico is at the 55th place in the annual ranking by 2021. The result is that MIPYMES used innovation as a survival tool, to stay alive and maintain their production and marketing of their products.
This research refers to the emotionality that exists in students of the Universidad Tecnológica de León. The objective is to analyze the situation that the students of this university are experiencing, to be able to design a plan relevant to their efficient support, which allows the professional development of this sector of the population; through research into their emotions and feelings caused by the COVID 19 pandemic and the state of detention to which they were forced. This chapter is part of extensive research into the variables investigated and the sample size. From the information collection instrument that was applied, the results of the effects of these factors were taken, in terms of emotions and feelings and only of students of the Technological University of León. In the results we find that they are aware that the possibility of contagion exists. Confinement in their homes provides them with security and tranquility, however, it also causes them anxiety, frustration, concern and fear, because of the situation they live because of this pandemic. However, they are optimistic about the future, they think conditions are going to improve.
