Cirebon is one of the regions that have historical and cultural lushness so that it has a huge amount of tangible and intangible local wisdom. In its development, some regions are developing their regions as the tourism villages with the main commodity of handicrafts deriving from their own cultures. That local wisdom-based village is Sitiwinangun Village with its earthenware crafts. This potential needs the protection of Intellectual Property Rights to strengthen their existence mainly in the ASEAN Economic Community. This research discusses the protection of intellectual property rights of handicrafts in the tourism village, the implementation of government, and factors supporting the Intellectual Property Rights in the tourism village in Cirebon. The research method uses the empirical juridical one. The outcome of this research shows that Local Government has not given the intellectual property rights to the local crafters. The protection effort is made by the initiative of the community through the stakeholders. Limited knowledge of the community on the Intellectual Property Rights does not make them protect their work and they consider the intellectual property rights an expensive process. Moreover, they disregard if other people take their models and designs. They need legal guidance from government, stakeholders, and public education from universities in Cirebon.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mereka memandang tokoh NU di Jember dan bagaimana mereka memandang hukum Islam tentang keberadaan wali yang mewakili perwaliannya dalam pernikahan anak mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipilih adalah wawancara. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa tokoh NU di Jember memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda. Beberapa tokoh nu berpandangan bahwa wali yang telah mewakili perwaliannya dapat menghadiri upacara dan tidak berpengaruh pada pernikahan selama bukan salah satu saksi nikah, yang lain berpendapat bahwa wali diharapkan untuk meninggalkan upacara, beberapa lainnya Bahkan ada anggapan bahwa wali tidak boleh menghadiri upacara tersebut karena bisa mengakibatkan kontrak tidak sah. Sedangkan dalam pandangan hukum Islam mengatakan bahwa wali yang mewakili perwaliannya diperbolehkan menghadiri akad nikah pada saat akad asalkan tidak menjadi saksi nikah karena dapat dibuat akad tidak sah karena wali memiliki status ganda.
This article aims to confirm the influence of learning guidance on students’ achievement of Islamic education. In an educational institution, providing knowledge and understanding of Islamic education is very important. However, the ability of students to capture and understand the material presented is different. To cope with students who are less able to master and understand Islamic education material, madrasas do learning guidance to overcome this problem. This article was written using a quantitative approach, and the type of research is correlation using descriptive analysis survey methods. The population was taken from students of class VI MI Islamiyah Genukwatu Ngoro Jombang with 55 students, and 48 students were selected as samples based on a significance level of 5% with the Isaac & Michael formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The calculation of the average Learning Questionnaire results in 53.25, and the standard deviation value 12.227 are classified into a score of 47-63, so it can be seen that the student’s learning guidance is high. While the calculation of learning achievement results using daily test scores, the average value of 80.75 is classified into a score of 71-85 and categorized well. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of learning guidance on students’ achievement of Islamic education in MI. Islamiyah Genukwatu Ngoro Jombang. This is evident from the results of the SPSS data showing that the correlation coefficient is 0.861, which means significant, so the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.742.
This research was conducted at SDIT Al Islam Kudus, with the title raised "Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Providing Learning Motivation for Class IV Students to Realize School Goals at SDIT Al Islam Kudus Academic Year 2022/2023". Strategy is a plan that will be carried out to achieve a goal. As a teacher or educator, you must have a real plan and effort in carrying out each of your duties. Teachers are not only able to give or convey lessons (transfer of knowledge). But a teacher must also be able to provide enthusiasm or motivation, guidance, directions, solutions, and various other kinds of efforts that are expected to be able to provide understanding to students, so that they are not confused about what they have to prepare, do, and realize (realize) according to with what are the goals of themselves personally, teachers, parents, and the educational goals of their school. So that a goal can be realized, it is necessary to have a strategy that is able to provide an overview of the design (plan) which ultimately creates the best value and results for what you want to achieve. The teacher's strategy here, more specifically Islamic religious education teachers, is very important, it can even become a basis or benchmark to be able to see the extent to which each student they project is able to understand the goals expected by the school.
