Elementary processes in astrophysical phenomena traditionally attract
researchers attention. At first this can be attributed to a group of
hemi-ionization processes in Rydberg atom collisions with ground state parent
atoms. This processes might be studied as a prototype of the elementary process
of the radiation energy transformation into electrical one. The studies of
nonlinear mechanics have shown that so called regime of dynamic chaos should be
considered as typical, rather than exceptional situation in Rydberg atoms
collision. From comparison of theory with experimental results it follows that
a such kind of stochastic dynamic processes, occurred during the single
collision, may be observed
The formation of the Doppler contour P (D)(?) of absorption lines upon the excitation of particles in the volume of a gas-dynamic beam by light propagating in a direction orthogonal (reduced) to the beam axis is analyzed. Integral representations of P (D)(?) are obtained for arbitrary relations between the nozzle outlet diameter D and the collimating aperture diameter B in the excitation region are obtained. An optimal configuration at which the reduced Doppler contour is the narrowest at a high density of beam particles is revealed to be B/D = 2
The study aims to scientifically substantiate the creation of a system of state management for university-business cooperation to promote the development of the innovative economy. The study employs the methods of correlation analysis and regressive analysis. The sample consists of five developed and five developing countries that lead in the ease of doing business index in their respective groups (2020 data). The results show that university-business cooperation is important for the development of the innovative economy (regression of 1.2118%, correlation of 44.37%). In developed countries, the key factor of university-business cooperation is knowledge-intensive employment (correlation of 65.58%). To raise the development level of the innovative economy to 55.57%, we recommend increasing knowledge-intensive employment by 161.23%. In developing countries, universitybusiness cooperation was more important for the development of the innovative economy. In these countries, the most impactful factor is ISO 9001 quality certification (correlation of 81.27%). To raise the development level of innovative economy in these countries to 89.647%, we recommend increasing raising the number of issues ISO 9001 certificates to 56.03 per 1 bln. USD of GDP adjusted to purchasing power parity.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
