Falle Bs. war die eigenartige Dermatitis nieht nur wie in den fr~iheren F~illen auf die H~nde beschr~inkt, sondern hatte die unbedeekten KSrperstellen fiberhaupt (Hals, Gesicl~t) ergriffen. Das erste S~adium ist eine akute phlykt~nulare Dermatitis, daran sehliel~t sieh das warzenartige Stadium unter Bildung yon unregelm~il~ig koaturierten Plaques~ welehe am Rande einen kongestiven Hof mit phlyk-t~nulSser AblSsung der Epidermis aufweisen, die jedoch fehlt~ wenn die erste Phase akut Vertief oder bereits voriiber ist. Die Oberfigehe der Plaques ist hSekerig, warzenartig, yon roter Farbe, manehmal hornartige Bildungen; zwischen den Erhabenheiten kleine Eitersezernierende kraterfSrmige Geschwiirchen. In der Resolutionsperiode kommt es in den Plaques zu zentralen oderperipheren AuflSsungen, wodureh cirein~re, serpiginSse Bildungen entstehen. Naeh der Heilung b]eiben retikul~tre Narben zuriiek. Der anatomisehe Befund zeigt enorme Akanthose oder ttyper-and Parakeratose~ cystenartige mit Hornmassen angefiillte Gebilde in der Seh]eimsehiehte, die meist konfluierend Kan~le bilden, welehe mit den ttaarfollikeln kommunierem Da diese Kan~tle naeh innen KSrner-und Hornsehieht enthalten, sind sie Derivate einer Invagination der Epidermis mit allen ihren Schiehten. In der Cutis besteht mannigfaltig vermischte akute, subakute oder ehronisehe Entziindung (polynukle~re Leukoeyten~ Plasma-~ epithe]oide und Riesenzellen).
