The Community Service Partner in this activity is Rapi Sari Furniture which engages in the business of producing and buying furniture items. Rapi Sari Meubel is one of the SMEs that has been very long established in the city of Banjarmasin, which is more than 30 years. However, the marketing activities are still very minimal and still conventional. For this reason, training needs to be given on the importance of using digital marketing so that the marketing system can be better, to expand the scope of its business targets and to support better sales activities. In addition, partners are also given assistance in creating accounts in digital media (Google Business and Google) along with how to optimally manage digital media for the promotion of MSME business needs. The resulting outputs are in the form of Google business and Google accounts, scientific articles published in national journals, and activity reports. The method used in thisis activity by provide training in the form of lectures and giving tutorials / practices directly creating accounts in digital media for the MSME.
The aim of this research is to determine the Awareness, Comprehend, Interest, Intention, and Action levels of people in Banjarmasin City regarding the Covid-19 prevention and health protocol through advertisements. It also aims to measure the effectiveness of this advertisement using the Customer Response Index (CRI). This research used the quantitative descriptive approach and was carried out in Banjarmasin City in August 2020 using a total sample size of 100 people. The sample comprised males and females above the age of 18 and ever saw the advertisement of health protocol and covid-19 prevention on national and local TV stations or social media. Data were obtained from the respondents using online questionnaires developed based on CRI dimensions. The result showed that the people in Banjarmasin have 79% of Awareness, 91% of Comprehend, 92% of Interest, 76% of Intention, and 93% Action after seeing the Covid-19 advertisement. Furthermore, the Customer Respond Index (CRI) was 46.75% and quite effective, while the Awareness and Intention received the lowest response among all CRI dimensions. Thus, in the future, these two variables should be further improved.
Independent Campus Learning Program or Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) which was launched since 2020 has contained national education policies and directions that changing the paradigm of competitive education to be collaborative. Polytechnic Banjarmasin State as one of the educational institutions that take role in the implementation of the MBKM Learning Program, cannot be separated from dynamics of change triggered by MBKM policies and changing needs labor market. How does this program impact on Polytechnic students Banjarmasin, especially regarding their attitude towards the program MBKM learning is an issue of discussion in this study. Attitude students towards this program is used as an indicator of student efforts improve competence, and indicators of achievement of learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the attitudes of State Polytechnic students Banjarmasin towards the Independent Learning Program Independent Campus Learning (MBKM). Research focus is given to the specific competence of impact implementation of the MBKM Learning Program. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, survey, and in-depth interviews were applied at the data collection stage, while The data analysis technique used is descriptive analytic. Research result can be used by educational institutions, namely as a consideration for create and determine competency development and improvement strategies so as to produce competitive graduates.
