Phys. 112, 073914 (2012) Magnetic and electronic properties of Fe and Ni codoped SnO2The shape memory alloy made by melt-spinning method was heat treated in argon in order to investigate the influence of heat treatment on its magnetic property. The specimens after heat treatment were set into the vibration sample magnetometer and the hysteresis loops and the Curie point temperature were measured. It can be shown that temperature as was expected has a significant influence on the magnetic and a shape memory property of investigated material.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
