A design analysis and comparison of a product network generated from torus and hypercube networks known as torus embedded hypercube scalable interconnection network suitable for parallel computers is presented in this paper. It is shown here that with minor modifications in architecture of the existing mesh embedded hypercube interconnection network how good a torus embedded hypercube interconnection network could be. Also it has been proved with the computational results that the torus embedded hypercube interconnection network is highly scalable and more efficient in terms of communication.
The aim of this paper is to introduce new topology called generalized pre-open compact topology on the set of all real-valued continuous function on a Tychonoff space and compare this topology with other well-known topologies. Furthermore, we investigated relations of this topology with the induced mapping, as well as properties like metrizibility, submetrizibility and separability.
For topological spaces X and Y, let Qp(X,Y) be the space of all quasicontinuous functions from X to Y with the topology of pointwise convergence. In this paper, we study the cardinal invariants such as cellularity, character, weight, density, pseudocharacter and spread of the space Qp(X,Y). We also discuss the properties of the restriction and induced maps related to the space Qp(X,Y).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
