existence pesantren has been tested by the times, so that until this moment still persists with a variety of dynamics. The most prominent distinctive features that distinguish pesantren with other educational institutions is the education system twenty-four hours, by conditioning the students in a dormitory location divided into rooms or rooms to make it easier to apply. One of them pondok pesantren Darul Qur'an Al Anwariyah in Tulehu District Salahutu Central Maluku District. Pondok pesantren achieved many achievements in the field of religion, namely in Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. In qualitative research there are three data collection techniques used in this study, namely in-depth interviews, participatory observations and documentation studies. For data analysis is carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that Pondok pesantren Darul Qur'an Al Anwariyah Tulehu, can be categorized as pondok pesantren by implementing a modern education system with the type applied a) Integrating the learning system pesantren with formal learning, b) Pondok pesatren this focuses the students to become the students of memorization Al-Qur'an, c) Using the two languages required in daily activities in boarding schools, namely Arabic and English. Then a review of the students in Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur'an Al Anwariyah, based on the analysis conducted in some of the theories above, can be categorized as students in
Management in its operational stages is an effort to encourage students to follow the directions given by the teaching staff at TPQ. Siri sori Islam around 1970 is known as the country with the most Qori' and Qori'ah producers in Maluku Province. Meanwhile, in carrying out this research, qualitative research methods were used with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that TPQ needs to play an active and effective role in increasing interest in reading the Qur'an, especially in tilawah and tartil by updating information about the development of MTQ such as through Youtube. Then, it is necessary to participate in the participation of the District Tilawatil Qur'an Development Institute in collaboration with TPQ in terms of bringing in Tilawah or Tartil trainers who have competence in their fields, so that in the process of coaching and networking MTQ participants at TPQ for the time being, they can get participants who are considered maximum. Management is a process of activities that includes four functions including planning, organizingn, implementing and controlling. In its implementation, the management of Islamic education based on religious culture has an urgent role in directing humans to worship Allah and be on good terms with fellow human beings. This study aims to find out what religious value bases are often applied in Educational Institutions, and how religious culture management is applied. To facilitate the course of this research, researchers used a literature research method with descriptive data analysis techniques in 15 research articles on Religious Culture published from various educational journals with a time span from 2017 to 2022. The results of the study showed that the religious cultural base applied used the values of Tawhid, Akhlak, Amanah and Social. In addition, in the stages of its management, the aspects contained within the religious culture must be applied systematically and scheduled.
Isu penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah menyangkut peningkatan mutu sekolah. Namun, pada kenyataannya upaya peningkatan mutu saat ini masih mengalami berbagai permasalahan. Adapun permasalahan khusus dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan saat ini seperti rendahnya sarana fisik, rendahnya kualitas guru dan sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, Pertama Mendeskripsikan strategi. Kedua, Karakteristik dan, Ketiga, Dampak Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Budaya Etis terhadap peningkatan Mutu Sekolah di MA Bilingual Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Adapun teknik yang dilakukan dalam rangka mengumpulkan datanya dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang semuanya untuk mencari tahu tentang strategi, karakteristik dan dampak kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis budaya etis dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Sedangkan informan yang dipilih dalam peneltian ini adalah kepala sekolah, tenaga kependidikan, tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan penelitian, 1) Strategi meliputi berperan sebagai model atau contoh bagi bawahan, berjuang demi nasib bawahan, berpikir tentang konsekuensi jangka panjang, menetapkan standar etika agama sebagai budaya kepada para pendidik dan para peserta didik, memperhatikan aspek heterogenitas dalam mengembangkan budaya etika di lembaga sekolahnya. 2) Karakteristik meliputi religius, jujur, adil, disiplin, tegas dan simpati. 3) Dampaknya dapat dirasakan meliputi aspek perilaku akademik, non akademik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis budaya etis memiliki implikasi dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Oleh karena itu dapat dioperasinalkan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Budaya Etis dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Sekolah di MA Bilingual Batu adalah proses mempengaruhi orang lain dalam lembaga pendidikan dengan mengedepankan cara atau kebiasaan beretika dengan baik dalam memimpin, disesuaikan dengan standar etika yang akan diterapkan, serta mengupayakan adanya peningkatan mutu pada lembaga pendidikan sehingga tidak mengurangi nilai-nilai yang dianut oleh masyarakat sekolah dalam mencapai visi bersama.
