The variational iteration method (VIM) proposed by Ji-Huan He is a new analytical method for solving linear and nonlinear equations. In this paper, the variational iteration method has been applied in solving nth-order fuzzy linear differential equations with fuzzy initial conditions. This method is illustrated by solving several examples.
In this article, higher dimensional initial boundary value problems of variable coefficients are solved by means of an analytic technique, namely the Homotopy analysis method (HAM). Comparisons are made between the Adomian decomposition method (ADM), the exact solution and the homotopy analysis method. The results reveal that the proposed method is very effective and simple.
In this paper, an application of homotopy perturbation method (HPM) is applied to solve linear fuzzy Fredholm integral equation. Comparison are made between the exact solution and solution of homotopy perturbation method. The results reveal that the homotopy analysis method is very effective and simple.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
