La tumeur de Buschke-Löwenstein ou condylome acuminé géant est une prolifération d'aspect pseudoépitheliomateux dont l'évolution se fait vers l'extension en surface et en profondeur, avec le risque de dégénérescence maligne. Nous rapportons deux observations de volumineuses tumeurs de Buschke-Löwenstein à localisation anorectale confirmées histologiquement. L'imagerie en coupe est capitale pour le bilan de résécabilité permettant d'évaluer le degré de vascularisation et d'extension locale. La chirurgie est le traitement de référence pouvant aller de la simple résection jusqu'à l'amputation large mutilante.

The surgery is the treatment of reference, which can go from the simple resection until the mutilating broad amputation.
