ВведениеКоленный сустав -самый крупный в организ-ме человека. На долю повреждения связочного ап-парата коленного сустава приходится от 25 до 75% от общего числа повреждений суставов, по оценке различных авторов [1,2,6]. Немаловажную роль в этом играет функциональная значимость коленно-го сустава как одного из самых нагружаемых суста-вов человека. Одним из ведущих стабилизаторов в коленном суставе является передняя крестообраз-ная связка (ПКС). Из всех повреждений коленного сустава от 25 до 60% приходятся на повреждения ПКС [1,2,7,8]. Наибольшее число пациентов с повреждением ПКС -это люди молодого, рабо-тоспособного возраста, преимущественно мужско-го пола [1,6], таким образом, речь идет о травме социально и экономически значимой. Артроско-пическая реконструкция ПКС коленного сустава -широко распространенная операция в мировой практике общей травматологии-ортопедии и спор-тивной травматологии. Однако хороших результа-тов хирургическое восстановление ПКС достигает лишь в 75-90% случаев [3][4][5]. Существует много подходов к определению показаний к оперативно-му лечению ПКС коленного сустава и выбору хи-рургической тактики. Для нас основополагающим клиническим признаком было наличие степени нестабильности сустава: декомпенсированной и субкомпенсированной [1].
