Inhaltsii bersichtI m folgenden ist die Theorie der Leitfiihigkeit und der Dielektrizitatskonstanten starker I-1-wertiger Elektrolyte weiterentwickelt worden in Anlehnung a n die Theorie von O n s a g e r l ) , D e b y o und F a l k e n h a g e n z ) . Diese Weikrentwicklung geschieht unter Benutziing einer kiirzlich von E i g e n und Wickea) aufgestellten neuen Verteilungsfunktion, welche die Hydratation der Ionen mit einschlieBt, und unter Beriicksichtigung des endlichen Jonendurchmeswrs, d. 11. eines mittleren Abstandes, bis auf den sich die Mittelpunkte zweier Ionen nahern konnen. Diese neue Verteilungsfunktion ni$, welche die Wahrscheinlichkeit i n der Umgebung eines i-Ions an der Stelle P ein +Ion an der Stelle Q aufzufinden angibt, enthalt als neue charakteristische GroBe die Besetzungsdichte Nj der jIonep im Sinne von E i g e n und W i c k e . Letztere haben ihre Theorie auf die Thermodynamik der Aktivitaten angewandt ; das neue Gesetz fur die Aktivitatskoeffizienten in Abhangigkeit von der Konzentration wurde von ihnen an den I--1-wertigen Elektrolyten NaCI, KCI, RbCl, CsCl gepriift und in quantitativer chereinstirnmung mit den experimentellen Daten gefunden. Die sinngemaBe Erweiterung dieser Theorie, sowio ihre Anwendung aiif die Leitfahigkeit der Elektrolyte NaCI, KBr sowie HbCl in1 stationlren Fall und ihre Priifung a n Hand der MeBergebnisse ist in dieser Arbeit durchgefiihrt. Fur diese speziellen Falle stirnmt die Theorie etwa bis zu der Konzentration von 1 Mol pro Liter Losung mit dem experimentellen Befrind iiherein.
