The rapid growth of e-commerce in terms of transaction volume and value has raised environmental concerns because of the potential for packaging waste it generates. Single-use shipping packages often result in piles of waste from cardboard, plastic and seal tape after the product is received by consumers. On the other hand, the customers of e-commerce products are also reported to be uncomfortable with shipping packaging which is often considered excessive. This problem gave birth to an innovative solution in the form of reusable shipping packaging for e-commerce product. This solution certainly considered interesting and promising, nevertheless, the scientific studies that address this issue are still limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore e-commerce shipping packaging, particularly in terms of its identifying attributes and seeking possible patterns. The findings are discussed using a descriptive analysis approach. As a result, it is found that several companies have launched products and services related to reusable e-commerce shipping packaging, and there are indications of certain patterns that are interrelated between these packaging attributes. This study hopes to contribute to the academic literature in the field of e-commerce reusable packaging, which is considered still in the infancy period.

In 2018, the number of Instagram users in Indonesia has reached 55 million users. A year earlier, Jakarta is the champ on Instagram as the most photographed place, surpassing Sao Paulo, New York and Madrid. This phenomenon shows that Instagram is a social network that is trending in Indonesia right now. Trilogi Business Incubator (Inbistro) is a business incubator belonging to the Universitas Trilogi. From observations and discussions, there are still many tenants which assisted by Inbistro who do not understand digital marketing, especially with Instagram. Albeit, Instagram has become a popular social media in Indonesia, including for product promotion. This community service activity will try to answer the problem: how to increase the capacity of Inbistro tenants so that they understand the basics of Instagram marketing? Our training was designed in 3 (three) sessions which discussed: (1) the importance of using Instagram as a marketing tool for a business; (2) How to find quality, free royalty photos and videos for Instagram content; (3) How to find products and sell them on Instagram. Keywords: Instagram marketing, Trilogi Business Incubator, Inbistro, social media, online marketing Abstrak:  Di tahun 2018, jumlah pengguna Instagram Indonesia telah mencapai 55 juta pengguna. Perancangan Situs Web Sarana Pemasaran Online Produk UMKM Binaan PosdayaAbstrak Pada tahun 2014, tidak kurang dari 88,1 juta orang Indonesia sudah terhubung ke internet dan angkanya akan terus bertambah lagi dari tahun ke tahun. Penetrasi akses internet ini pun secara langsung mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM yang mulai menggunakan internet sebagai cara untuk memasarkan produknya. Posdaya adalah gerakan yang mendorong kesejahteraan keluarga dengan berbagai penguatan fungsi keluarga, salah satunya melalui kewirausahaan. Dengan gerakan Posdaya yang sudah menyebar dan membina banyak UMKM, sangat disayangkan tidak ditemukannya sarana pemasaran online dimana calon pembeli bisa melihat dan memesan produk-produk unggulan binaan Posdaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang suatu toko online sederhana sebagai sarana pemasaran produk-produk unggulan Posdaya dengan metode komparasi terhadap toko online yang sudah ada di Indonesia. Designing Online Marketing Medium for Top SMEs Product Under Posdaya Abstract In 2014, no less than 88.1 million Indonesian people are connected to the internet, and this number will continue to grow. The growth of internet penetration rate is also affecting the growth of SMEs which starting to adopt the internet as a way to market their products online. Posdaya is a movement which aim for empowering family to reach prosperous condition through a variety of family streghtening program, one of them is through entrepreneurship. Within the popularity of Posdaya that already help many Indonesian SMEs through training and financing, it is almost none of those SMEs product could be ordered online. This is an unfortunate conditions because there might be prospective buyers which interested with the top products from those SMEs. Despite the rapid growth of sustainable innovations in bioplastics for packaging industries, their diffusion into established markets has so far been hampered by ambiguous and asymmetrical communication between bioplastics producers and consumers (both businesses and end consumers), particularly related to bioplastics materials and their waste disposal procedures. This study looks into the communication processes, identifies barriers and investigates business strategies that can be adopted by bioplastic packaging industries to influence consumer adoption and proper disposal behaviour of bioplastic packaging. Based on a systematic review of 68 journal articles and guided by the signalling theory, the study found that connections with various signallers at the end‐of‐life of bioplastic packaging materials are required beyond the purview of the industrial sectors utilising the packaging. The paper proposes a conceptual framework incorporating new signal constructs specific to consumer‐facing sustainable innovation. The framework extends the signalling theory to be used as part of the bioplastic packaging industry's business strategy. The paper also emphasises the importance of altering the communication mechanisms in order to boost bioplastics industrial practices, which will subsequently contribute to the reduction of the detrimental impacts of fossil‐based plastics on the environment.
