В статье рассматривается пример использования игрофикации как средства повышения мотивации учащихся к изучению учебного материала. Описываются достоинства применения игрофикации как способа повышения эффективности освоения учебного материала за счет игровой формы, повышающей возможности наглядного и практического использования теоретических сведений. Проведен краткий анализ существующих платформ, которые можно применять в игрофикации. Предложен вариант использования игры при проведении занятий по физике для демонстрации явления импульса тела с применением игрового движка Unreal Engine 4. Определены требования к игровому персонажу и описаны элементы, необходимые для реализации игры. Описываются необходимые игровые события: «Победа» или «Поражение», «Бросить объект», «Поднять объект», «Задать импульс объекту». Приводятся описания разработанных игровых объектов: «Персонаж», «Ключи», «Триггеры», «Коллекционные предметы», «Ловушки». Переменная: «Здоровье». Функции: «Захватить компонент», «Обновить положение объекта». Указана схема поведения искусственного интеллекта, определяющего поведение трех видов противников: противник, преследующий игрока при появлении его в поле зрения; противник, который поворачивается вокруг своей оси, преследует игрока и атакует его; противник, патрулирующий территорию. Приведен результат тестирования разработанной игры в учебном заведении, проанализированы результаты успеваемости и сделан вывод о целесообразности использования игрофикации в процессе обучения.
