Введение. Для удаления тяжелых металлов (ТМ) из воды широко используют методы, основанные на сорбции этих металлов различными материалами, которые должны быть не токсичны, прочно их связывать, легко отделяться от очищенной воды. В последнее десятилетие разрабо-таны и активно изучаются полиэлектролитные гели, которые при набу-хании могут сорбировать разнообразные вещества из внешней среды, а при изменении условий инкубации обратимо изменять свой объем (кол-лапсировать), отдавая ранее сорбированные вещества во внешнюю сре-ду [1 -3]. Такие обратимые фазовые переходы гидрогелей из набухшего состояния в сколлапсированное и обратно позволяют использовать их для адресной доставки лекарственных средств и создания биосовмести-мых материалов в медицине, для стабилизации наночастиц металлов в органическом катализе, очистки жидкостей и газов от различных загряз-няющих веществ, удерживания влаги в почвах для растениеводства, им-мобилизации ферментов для биотехнологий [1 -6] и др.Вышеизложенное свидетельствует о целесообразности и перспектив-ности использования гидрогелей для извлечения ТМ из водных раство-ров. Однако в современной литературе этот вопрос освещен недостаточ-но. Можно упомянуть лишь несколько работ, связанных с удалением ТМ
