gr0Bte Teil fand sich in Risikogruppe 4 (161). Y3 der Pat. war in Risikogruppe 3.5 Pat., die ausnahmslos bestrahlt wurden, geh0rten der Risikogruppe 5 an. Von 87 Pat. der Risikogruppe 3 wurden 80 operiert und 7 bestrahlt. Von den 161 Pat. der Risikogruppe 4 wurden 55 operiert und 106 bestrahlt. Bei der Verteilung der Pat. auf die Stadien fanden wir den gr613ten Teil mit 80% im Stadium T1 a und T1 b. Die restlichen Pat. verteilten sich auf die Stadien T2 bis T4. Histologisch fanden wir in 78% reife, papill~tre Adeno-Carcinome, die Grad I entsprachen, nur 6% bzw. 9% der Pat. hatten eine h6here Entartung von Grad II und III. Bei 3% beobachtete man ein Adenokankroid.Von den 253 Pat., die 5 Jahre iiberlebten, stellten sich 196 regelm~ii3ig zur Nachuntersuchung vor (89 operierte und 107 bestrahlte Pat.). Die 5-Jahresheilung for alle Stadien, unabh~ngig vonder Therapie, betrug 61%. Von den operierten Pat. ~iberlebten 80%, von den bestrahlten 46%. Das schlechte Abschneiden der Bestrahlung ist jedoch nicht allein der weniger wirksamen Therapie anzulasten, sondern hier kommt eine ErhOhung der Mortalit~it dutch konkurrierende Begleiterkrankungen hinzu.
