Aus äquimolaren Mengen von N,N‐Dichloracylamiden (I) und Trimethyl‐dialkylaminosilanen (II) werden in Tetrachlorkohlenstoff die Verbindungen (III) in 55‐65%iger Ausbeute erhalten.
Aus substituierten Dibenzylphosphinsäuren (I) und Phosphorpentachlorid oder Thionylchlorid erhält man die Säurechloride (II), mit Ammoniak oder Aminen bilden sich daraus die Amide (III) (Ausb. 60 ‐ 91%).
N‐Chlorhexamethyldisilazan (I) reagiert mit den Triaryl‐, Trialkylphosphinen, Trialkyl‐ bzw. Dialkylchlorphosphiten (II) in Äther bei O ‐ 10°C unter Bildung von Trimethylchlorsilan (III) und Phosphazotrimethylsilanen (IV) (34‐85% Ausbeute).
