Entrepreneurs in the sphere of agriculture often meet difficulty of receiving financial resources from traditional sources for financing of innovative and investment projects. The article considers use of crowd funding as alternative way of funds raising for projects connected with agriculture and rural areas development. Authors substantiated need of the factors accounting reflecting the social and economic level of regions development in which territory implementation of the project is provided. On the basis of the projects research presented on two the most popular Russian crowdfunding platforms it was found out that such factors as the income amount of the population and availability of the information and communication net Internet in the region in which it is planned to implement the project have the greatest impact on success of agricultural projects. Besides, the research established that such factors as the index of agricultural products manufacture and investment into fixed capital per capita in the region of the project implementation have no significant effect on the success of funds raising.
The problem of increasing the development level of vegetable subcomplex is considered in the presented work. The conducted research testifies to reduction of manufacture volumes in vegetable production and, as a consequence, dissatisfaction of the population demand. Particular attention should be paid to the fact that by category of farms the greatest reduction is observed in the sector of personal subsidiary production, although it is the main supplier of vegetable products. In order to change this situation, it is proposed to create a wholesale and distribution center on a cooperative basis. Its formation will not only create conditions for the effective supply of vegetable products to the population of the region, but will enable the organization of a favorable social environment in rural areas.
The intensification of competition in industrial commodity markets necessitates the study of their condition with the identification of development trends and prospects. Crop production sectors are traditionally strategic in the Russian Federation, including in terms of expanding export supplies of agricultural raw materials and food. Steady growth in export supplies of grain crops and sunflower oil brought Russia to second place in the world. The development of crop industries involves the technical re-equipment of the industry. The analysis shows the negative dynamics of decline the level of technical equipment of the industry, which is explained by a number of reasons with the predominance of economic factors. In the Altai Territory, despite positive changes in the level of equipment with fixed assets, the problem of modernization and rearmament remains relevant.
The article considers the need to develop leasing relations as a form of state support. The paper analyzes the state of grain production in the Krasnoyarsk region, in order to confirm the postulate about the importance of technical equipment in the industry to increase the intensity and efficiency of production. It was noted that the agricultural machinery fleet has significantly decreased, respectively, the load on the unit of equipment has increased, the degree of wear has increased. In the expansion of state support measures for commodity producers, not the least place should be given to leasing, as one of the most effective methods of purchasing agricultural equipment, especially for small and medium-sized businesses.
