Ovaire velu, style glabre dépassant largement le tube staminal; I"égion stigmatique pilifère, gousse .aplatie, velue, argentée (f2 mm. x 7 mm.) rectiligne, terminée en pointe subulée. Jullyana; les poils sont rêparlis de la même fa~on à la surface du limbe et appartiennent aux deux types de poils déjà dPr:r-its, les uns étant unisériés, simples et tricellulaires, les autres élant des poils glandulaires. Ces derniers sont sensiblement plus petits ct moins rentlés en massue que dans l'espèce précédente; en outre, il n'ex!slB, en générHl, de cloison longitudinale que dau:; la cellule termitwle du poil. Le limbe, les nervures, le p~tiole ont la même structure que clans le C/t. Jullyana. De même l'appareil sécréteur parait ici simplement réduit à des cel;ules à tannin. L'oxalate de calcium se montre avec la müme n!partition, sou~ ses deux formes de cristaux courts et de cristaux en bùtonnets.Tige. -Comme dans le Ch. Jullyana, le liège est sous-épidermique.L'écorce renfe1•me des amas de fibres et des groupes de cellules pierreuses. Quant au p~rieyde, il possède des ares fibreux isolés, non réunis entre eux pm• des amns de cellules pierreuses. Le liber seeondaü•e renferme des flhrcs smlout abondantes au voisiuage des rayons médullaires. Ceux-ci, ainsi que l'appareil séerétcm et les cellules à oxalate de calcium, offrent le même as[Ject que dans le Ch . ./ullyana.
