Wp³yw rozcieñczalników na stabilnooeae dyspersji wodnych plastizolu poli(chlorku winylu) Streszczenie-Przedstawiono badania sedymentacyjne, wiskozymetryczne i reologiczne dyspersji wodnych plastizoli PVC z trzema ró¿nymi plastyfikatorami stabilizowane oksyetylenowanym nasyconym alkoholem t³uszczowym ("Rokanol £ 18"), do których wprowadzono okreoelone ilooeci rozcieñczalników organicznych. Jako plastyfikatorów u¿yto ftalanu dibutylowego, ftalanu di(2-etyloheksylowego) i sebacynianu dibutylowego, a jako rozcieñczalników: ksylenu, octanu n-butylowego, butanolu i cykloheksanonu. W stanie równowagi sedymentacyjnej nastêpuje rozdzia³ wodnego uk³adu dyspersyjnego plastizolu PVC na trzy fazy. Warstwê górn¹ stanowi faza spienionego plastizolu PVC, warstwê oerodkow¹ faza stabilna dyspersji wodnej plastizolu PVC, a warstwê doln¹ faza homogenicznego osadu plastizolu PVC. Badano fazê stabiln¹ dyspersji wodnej. Okreoelano wydajnooeae dyspergowania plastizolu PVC (W d), graniczn¹ liczbê lepkooeciow¹ (GLL dysp) plastizolu PVC w dyspersji wodnej oraz wykonano badania reologiczne. GLL dysp obliczona na podstawie równania Hugginsa pozwala oceniae wielkooeae cz¹stek plastizolu PVC. Badania reologiczne s³u¿y³y wyznaczaniu z krzywej p³yniêcia lepkooeci maksymalnej (η 0) i parametru pseudoplastycznooeci (n). Korzystaj¹c z równania Arrheniusa-Guzmana obliczano energiê aktywacji lepkiego p³yniêcia (E η). Uzyskane wyniki wykaza³y istotny wp³yw na procesy agregacji cz¹stek rodzaju i ilooeci wprowadzonego do dyspersji wodnej plastizolu PVC rozcieñczalnika. Odmienny sposób agregacji cz¹stek powoduje zmiany wydajnooeci dyspergowania wymiarów cz¹stek i parametrów reologicznych uk³adu. Stwierdzono, ¿e najkorzystniejszy pod wzglêdem zastosowañ praktycznych dyspersji jest dodatek rozcieñczalnika w ilooeci 0,8 mmola/g plastizolu. Mechanizm przebiegaj¹cych zjawisk wyjaoeniono analizuj¹c wartooeci wspó³czynników mieszalnooeci poszczególnych sk³adników dyspersji wodnej.
