Saat ini dunia sedang mengalami masa pandemi yang dimana semua kegiatan dilakukan dengan menjaga jarak. Begitu juga untuk saat ini seluruh pendidikan, baik dari tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi masih dilakukan belajar dari rumah (daring). Dampak pandemi ini juga dirasakan oleh Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin yang mengharuskkan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran e-learning. E-learning dianggap efisien karena mengeliminasi jarak dan waktu terkait dengan proses belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya sistem informasi e-learning berbasis pembelajaran di Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin dapat berjalan layaknya pembelajaran tatap muka. Sistem informasi E-Learning berbasis web menggunakan framework Codeigniter dan penyimpanan database MySQL telah berhasil dirancang sebaik-baiknya dan sistem informasi E-Learning juga berhasil diimplementasikan dan dimanfaatkan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin.
Abstract Database is a very important aspect in the information system because it functions as a data storage warehouse that will be processed further. Databases are important because they can organize data, avoid duplication of data, avoid unclear relationships between data and complex updates. Cemara Farma Pharmacy has an information system that has not been done computerized. As in the purchase transaction process, drug sales and drug stock updates are still written into the book. This causes the possibility of human error and difficulty finding data when more data or archives. Based on the problems that occur then made a pharmacy information system database design at the Cemara Farma Pharmacy, where the results of this study are to understand the database needs that will be used to computerize dispensary information systems. For database design MySQL will be used which is a SQL DBMS. The pharmacy information system database design using MySQL in the Pharmacy Cemara Farma produces a pharmacy database with interrelated tables namely supplier tables, unit tables, drug tables, purchase tables, detail purchase tables, sales tables, detail sales tables and operational tables. Keywords: database, pharmacy, MySQL Abstrak Database merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam sistem informasi karena berfungsi sebagai gudang penyimpanan data yang akan diolah lebih lanjut. Database menjadi penting karena dapat mengorganisasi data, menghidari duplikasi data, menghindari hubungan antar data yang tidak jelas dan juga update yang rumit. Apotek Cemara Farma memiliki sistem informasi yang belum dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Seperti dalam proses transaksi pembelian, penjualan obat dan update stok obat masih ditulis ke dalam buku. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kemungkinan terjadinya human error dan kesulitan pencarian data ketika data atau arsip semakin banyak. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi maka dibuatlah rancangan database sistem informasi apotik pada Apotik Cemara Farma, dimana hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memahami kebutuhan database yang akan digunakan untuk mengkomputerisasikan sistem informasi apotik. Untuk perancangan database akan digunakan MySQL yang merupakan sebuah DBMS SQL. Perancangan database sistem informasi apotik menggunakan MySQL pada Apotik Cemara Farma menghasilkan database apotik dengan tabel-tabel yang saling berelasi yaitu tabel supplier, tabel satuan, tabel obat, tabel pembelian, tabel pembelian detail, tabel penjualan, tabel penjualan detail dan tabel operasional. Sebagian besar sekolah di Provinsi NTB belum memiliki suatu sistem informasi dalam UKS. SMAN 1 Pringgarata merupakan salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS). Perlu adanya sosialisasi terhadap pentingnya sistem informasi tersebut. Salah satu langkah awal yang perlu dilakukan adalah dengan membuat sistem informasi UKS. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Pembangunan sistem informasi usaha kesehatan sekolah dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan metode pemrograman berorientasi objek. Menu-menu yang dihasilkan antara lain: menu petugas, menu keluhan, menu obat, menu registrasi, menu pasien baru, menu periksa pasien, menu ambil obat, menu rekam medis, dan menu laporan.
Internet-based data storage services or called the cloud are becoming a global technology trend, the cloud that offers unlimited scalability is becoming very reliable. Educational institutions such as Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University are always constrained by poor data management because there is no centralized data storage area that can be accessed together. With the presence of UCloud, data management problems can be resolved. Designed using the web-based CodeIgniter framework, Ucloud has been successfully implemented and optimally utilized by the academic community, so that data can be managed properly.
Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University is a private university located in Central Lombok Regency with an increasing number of students. Along with the increasing number of students, of course, the number of internet users on campus also increases, making traffic on the network more complex and requiring network management. Quality of Service (QoS) can be regarded as a terminology used to define the characteristics of a network service (Service) to find out how good the quality is in that service. With Quality of Service (QoS), bandwidth can be used optimally so as to improve the quality of internet services received by users. The application of appropriate bandwidth management needs to be done, one of which is using the HTB method, namely bandwidth management with bandwidth borrowing queuing techniques between classes or users. Which can allocate bandwidth according to the user's bandwidth requirements in accordance with the specified priority. The purpose of this study is to determine the Quality of Service (QoS) produced by the HTB method in conducting bandwidth management so as to improve existing internet services at Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University. The results of the Quality of Service (QoS) analysis based on the tests that have been carried out show that by applying the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method, satisfactory results are obtained, namely a value of 3.67. These results are obtained from the average test results on 4 parameters, namely delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput.
