Patient de 58 ans hospitalisé pour exophtalmie avec lésion orbito-ethmoïdale droite saillante. Les examens complémentaires révèlent un envahissement du parenchyme cérébral, une atteinte pulmonaire, hépatique, gastrique, rétropéritonéale, et l'histologie permet de retenir le diagnostic de mélanome métastatique de stade IV avec pour origine le sinus ethmoïdal droit, sans lésions cutanées. Investigation showed that there was cerebral parenchymal invasion and also involvement of the lung, liver and stomach and retroperitoneum. Histology confirmed a diagnosis of metastatic melanoma, which was stage IV, arising from a primary in the right ethmoid sinus and there were no skin lesions.
