Ukrainians continue to live under martial law, defending their sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity. The related events taking place in front of people cause mental health disorders for many: they become less productive, have problems with motivation and concentration. The rapid introduction of information technologies, rapid technological development against the backdrop of increasing instability and uncertainty dictate certain requirements for the formation of professional qualities of modern youth, on which the scientific, technical and socio-economic development of Ukraine, its stability and level of well-being depend. At present, in times of rapid change, the skills of positive thinking, optimistic perception of any situation and the level of creative activity of young people are becoming the most in demand and important. Despite the catastrophic consequences of hostilities, obtaining education and knowledge is a very relevant topic. Modern domestic education determines the need for creative individuals. The preparation of students of pedagogical specialties should be based on the content of education adapted to modern changes in the social environment. And this requires future graduates to be able to create a creative environment, think outside the box, creatively, proactively, respond flexibly to professional challenges, and also have the tools of psychological and pedagogical influence that would help them prepare their students for real life. In this turbulent time, almost every teacher is revising their values, scientific developments, educational and methodological support of disciplines and is trying to find additional opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process. The article presents the experience of organizing the educational process for future technology teachers in the context of distance learning, which consists in a creative approach to teaching professional disciplines. This is useful for those who seek to develop, gain new experience, grow professionally, teach in a new way and keep abreast of current trends in education. The development of the scientific foundations of technical creativity, the development of a methodology for activating the creative process, teaching the basics of engineering and creativity in higher education institutions is a necessity in our time. Therefore, the study was conducted on the example of teaching the new discipline “Engineering and Technical Creativity”, introduced into the educational program for training students of the Engineering and Pedagogical Faculty of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University educational level “bachelor”, specialty 014 Secondary education: (Labor training and technology) in 2021.
The relevance of the study is due to changes in society that require a rapid and creative transformation of the system of training specialists in the field of technology by higher education institutions to provide quality educational services. Ukrainian education requires teachers who are able to think outside the box, creatively, proactively, respond flexibly to professional challenges, and also possess tools of psychological and pedagogical influence that would help prepare young people for real life. To address this issue, educational institutions are creating a modern digital educational environment that will allow for the implementation of integrated learning with the simultaneous acquisition of disciplinary and interdisciplinary knowledge, social and practical skills for the formation of professional, personal and interpersonal competencies necessary for scientific research of graphic, creative, design activities. The article considers the influence of modern technologies on the formation of design thinking, the important components of which are constructive and analytical thinking. The expediency of introducing an innovative form of professional training of future technology teachers in higher education institutions using design thinking is substantiated, since this will contribute to the development of intellectual activity and creativity of applicants. The prerequisites are disclosed and the requirements for the preparation of future technology teachers for design and project activities are determined. The authors prove the effectiveness of the application of design thinking in the field of university education, pay attention to the creation of conditions for immersion in the subject area, the active development of creativity among applicants, originality of thinking, competence in finding solutions in the form of visual images, which are based on the use of digital technologies and the use of teaching methods in all their diversity and complexity. This will ensure not only a high quality of education, but will also contribute to the motivation for educational and research, intellectual and creative activities, the development of cognitive interest, the formation of subject competencies, which will become a strong guarantee of the competitiveness of graduates. The article attempts to adapt the technology of design thinking and introduce it into the educational process in the preparation of future teachers of technology and labor education. It is proposed to integrate the presented technology into any educational subject as an effective tool for the development of creativity and creativity.
Події останніх років, а саме пандемія та повномасштабна війна, критично вплинули на розвиток країни. Наразі Україна стикається з проблемою відбудови своєї економіки, зруйнованої інфраструктури, що потребує професіональних рішень для її відновлення та поліпшення. Відсутність кваліфікованих фахівців у різних галузях економіки є однією з причин привернути увагу до модернізації освіти, що допоможе уникнути багатьох проблем у майбутньому. У статті обґрунтована необхідність вивчення графічних дисциплін, зокрема предмета креслення в закладах загальної середньої освіти, як обов’язкової складової підготовки в освітньому процесі. Отримання якісних знань з цього предмета допоможе молоді готуватись до вибору професій, які необхідні для вирішення проблеми відбудови нашої держави. Це допоможе Україні стати повномасштабною країною із сучасною економікою, радикальним поліпшенням інституцій та потужним оборонним сектором.
