Гендерные трансформации в ментальности современных российских школьницВведение. В современном российском обществе разворачивается бурная полемика между традиционалистской и эгалитарной идеологиями гендерных отношений. Содержание гендерной ментальности интенсивно изменяется в период от младшего подросткового к старшему школьному возрасту. Цель статьи -выявить приверженность современных школьниц традиционным или эгалитарным нормам мужского и женского поведения, определить векторы изменений их гендерных идеалов и представлений в течение подросткового возраста в условиях закрытого образовательного учреждения.Материалы и методы. Представлены результаты анкетирования учащихся 5-х и 11-х классов Московского кадетского корпуса «Пансиона воспитанниц Министерства обороны Российской федерации» (Москва), в ходе которого изучались гендерные идеалы, представления и склонности как промежуточные результаты гендерной социализации.Результаты исследования. Эмпирически фиксируются противоречивые тенденции в развитии гендерной ментальности школьниц: расширение эгалитарных представлений относительно семьи и профессиональной деятельности при одновременном росте традиционализма во взглядах школьниц от младшего подросткового к юношескому возрасту.Обсуждение и заключения. Обосновывается необходимость изменения педагогической культуры, повышение уровня гендерной компетентности учителей и воспитателей, переход от полоролевой к гендерной модели социализации в образовании.Ключевые слова: традиционалистская и эгалитарная модель поведения, фемининность/ маскулинность, трансформации в ментальности, гендерная социализация в образовании, гендерные идеалы, ценности и представления.
