The article defines Industry 4.0 technologies that are promising in the context of the construction industry digital transformation based on publications presented in the international Scopus database. The sample of publications was formed according to two criteria: the year of publication - only those publications that were published in the period from 2011 to 2022 were considered, since the concept of "Industry 4.0" was first presented in 2011, and, by keywords: digital transformation, Industry 4.0, construction. The analysis of the primary sample led to the need to form another sample for the keyword "Construction 4.0". Determination of technology prospects was carried out using the Gartner maturity chart.
The article gives an idea of the content of urban planning plans for land plots (UPPLP), their purpose, as well as the relevance of developing a service for automatic recognition of data from an electronic image of a document. The existing services for automatic processing of documents are analyzed, and a technical solution developed by the authors is presented in the form of a web service for parsing and structuring electronic images of UPPLP. The description of the structure and operation of the web service, as well as the data conversion algorithm implemented in the solution is given.
The article provides an analysis of typical tasks for the survey of railway infrastructure construction facilities. The experience of creating strain gauges for measuring VAT parameters under static and dynamic loads is described. A description of a new innovative mesdose based on an "electrochemical converter" is given. At the end of the article, the tasks and directions of further research are given.
The development of science and technology in various areas of human life leads to the fact that an increasing number of routine operations are automated. The construction industry is no exception, which is actively developing today with the complex introduction of digital technologies. This approach is embedded in the Construction 4.0 concept, which is directly related to Industry 4.0. The article provides an overview of Industry 4.0 technologies related to the construction industry, because of which technologies that are promising for integration have been identified in order to increase the efficiency and safety of construction production through the development of a remote-control system for a construction site.
The article discusses some actual issues of reducing the energy intensity of the transport infrastructure construction. The relationship between road transport construction in Russia with the capabilities of the production sector of reinforced concrete products is shown. The ways of increasing the precast concrete factories efficiency by optimizing the technological processes of production are considered.
The relevance of the information modeling technologies implementation in the construction of roads and the construction of transport infrastructure in the framework of the implementation of the concept of life cycle management of capital construction objects is noted.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
