Generasi milenial adalah generasi yang lebih suka dan fasih dengan kecanggihan teknologi, teknologi dalam tulisan ini berfokus pada sistem pembayaran melalui e-wallet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh faktor berdasarkan teori TAM yang dimodifikasi. Pengujian ini menggunakan model regresi yang didistribusikan secara online. Total sampel yang memenuhi kriteria adalah 210 responden. Manfaat yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan norma subyektif terbukti secara positif mempengaruhi niat penggunaan e-wallet dalam pembelian online. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan memperoleh dampak yang tinggi terhadap penggunaan e-wallet dari pada faktor lainnya. Oleh karena itu, pebisnis startup harus memberikan inovasi dalam sistem pembayaran yang mudah dipahami sehingga pelanggan lebih tertarik menggunakan layanan e-wallet
The purpose of this research is to analyze whether job engagement mediates rewards and recognition toward organizational citizenship behavior and task performance of craft SMEs business in Kasongan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sampling method of this research used purposive sampling method by spreading questionnaire. Total of the sample were 114 respondents. The result showed that the relationship between rewards and recognition and organizational citizenship behavior was partially mediated by job engagement. Furthermore, this research also proved that job engagement partially mediated the relationship between rewards and recognition and task performance.
This study explains one of the phenomena in Marketing Management, namely the purchasing intention of green products in generation Z. This study uses a modification of the theory development of Theory of Planned Behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and environmental concern on the purchasing intention of green products in generation Z. The research method used Smart PLS. This study uses a purposive convenience sampling method on 150 college students and students in Yogyakarta who were born between 1995-2012 and know about green products. The research findings indicate that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and environmental concern positively effect on the purchasing intention of green products in generation Z.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to test whether there is an influence on food quality, store atmosphere on consumer loyalty Mie Gacoan Yogyakarta by mediating by consumer satisfaction. The study used quantitative research methods with questionnaires as data collection techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents taken using non probability sampling techniques with a type of sampling, namely purposive sampling. The data obtained is then analyzed using the outer model test, the inner model test and the hypothesis test (t test). The data analysis process is assisted by smart PLS 3 for windows applications. The results showed 1) Variables in food quality and store atmosphere each had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) Consumer satisfaction variables have a positive effect on consumer loyalty. 3) Consumer satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. 4) Store atmosphere variables have no effect on consumer loyalty. 5) Food quality variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. 6) Store atmosphere variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and product quality in influencing consumer purchasing decisions of specs brand sport shoes and also to determine wich factors have the greatest influence on consumer purchasing decisions of specs brand sports shoes. The study took a sample of 100 respondents to be examined using nonprobability sampling method and by using the incidental sampling technique. The data analisys used in this research is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis. Before the regression analysis was carried out, there were several stages of testing which were carried out, including the validity test and the reliability test. Then the classical assumption tests were carried out including normality test , multicolonierity test, heteroskedastisity test, individual parameter significance test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test) and determination coefficient test (R2).
