A technique to directly synthesize highly oriented SiC nanowire arrays on single-crystalline SiC substrates was present in this paper. The great impacts of substrate orientation on the growth habits of nanowires were systematically investigated. It has been found that nanowires can grow along the [1 j 102] direction or its' equivalent ones on SiC (0001) substrates, while nanowires grow along the [101 j 0] direction or its' equivalent ones on SiC (101 j 0) and (112 j 0) substrates. This technique for the preferred growth of SiC nanostructures can largely improve the quality of SiC nanowire arrays, which have wide applications in the fields of electronic nanodevices, optoelectronic nanodevices, and photocatalytic nanomaterials.
Abstract:This paper compares the operational mechanism of artillery to laser weapon, microwave weapon and guided missile, and summarizes the advantage and inherent shortcoming of traditional gun. By carrying out the simulation of different scenarios, the hot probability of artillery to target with different characteristics at different distance is obtained. For giving full play to the advantage of artillery and improving the operational, this paper cording the development direction of artillery technology and proposes the concept of cluster artillery, provides a new idea for the leapfrog discovery of artillery technology.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
