The uncertainty situation that happened lately, especially these last two years, has forced all organizations to adapt and change fast. The ability of leaders to be more agile in doing the changes is needed. The changes needed not only to give new directions for the organization, but also to improve employees’ performance especially the millennials. Furthermore, work environment is also a factor that determine how millennial employees’ performance performed in organization. This research aims to analyze the agile leadership style and work environment will affect millennial employees’ performance in a VUCA World that filled with volatility and uncertainty. The population for this research is millennial generation employees at Jabodetabek dan the sample selection was done using Hair Method. This paper was using PLS as the method for data analysis. The result showed that there was positive and significant influence for agile leadership and work environment to performance of millennial employees.
Small and Medium Enterprises is one of locomotion the economy in Indonesia. It amounted to 56,5 millions units, whereas 99.8% of them are in the micro sector business. This thing causes government have to think the way to help small entrepreneurs to ease their business. INSW is Indonesia's national system which allows making acceleration in import-export process. Research method which is used in this research is case study. Data collected through interviews with small entrepreneur. The results of the study found that small entrepreneurs have not understood and take advantage of the policy that has been determined by the government. They hope that . Para pelaku bisnis mengharapkan the Government to be more proactive about INSW's policy of socialization do who have been there, so they can exploit it.
<p><strong><em>Abstract. </em></strong><em>The advancement of digital technology could help the entrepreneurs to sell their business online. However, it still becomes a challenge for them who don’t have the ability to use the digital technology in boosting their businesses. The lack of this ability was an issue for the founders of Small, Medium Business enterprises under the supervision of Cinta Baca Foundation. The purpose for this community service was to give a workshop how to use media social for SME’s at Lampung and West Java, in particular using Instagram as promotion platform to sell their products. The workshop was conducted online using zoom platform. The participants for the workshop mostly ladies who have their businesses in tapis and snacks’ products. The result from pre-test shown that 97,9% of business owners know and use media social to communicate and 72,3% known about digital marketing, but only 10% from the total respondents has used the platform to promote their products. They didn’t know how to use the platform. This first workshop helped them to have more understanding how to optimize the usage of media social, especially Instagram to promote their products. The result from post-test after the workshop shown that 100% or all the participants had understood the concept of digital marketing and the role of Instagram to promote their products. The participants are hoping that there will be more applied trainings to train them how to use the platform.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Perkembangan teknologi digital dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM untuk menjual bisnis secara online. Namun hal tersebut masih menjadi tantangan bagi para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah yang belum semua memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang ada dalam melakukan bisnisnya. Hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan bagi para pelaku UMKM yang menjadi binaan dari Yayasan Cinta Baca Indonesia. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan pelatihan bagi para pelaku UMKM di Lampung dan Jawa Barat untuk memanfaatkan sosial media, terutama instagram sebagai salah alat promosi produk yang mereka jual. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan media zoom. Pada saat pelatihan para peserta sebagian besar adalah para ibu pengerajin tapis di Lampung dan pembuat makanan ringan di Jawa Barat. Pre-test yang dilakukan sebelum pelatihan awal menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM tersebut 97,9% telah mengenal dan menggunakan media komunikasi yang ada di platform sosial media dan 72,3% mengetahui tentang digital marketing, namun hanya 10% dari total responden yang telah menggunakannya untuk menjual produk yang mereka hasilkan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan mereka tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara menggunakannya. Pelatihan awal yang diberikan sangat membantu mereka untuk dapat lebih memiliki pemahaman bagaimana mengoptimalkan penggunaan sosial media terutama instagram di dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Hasil Post-test setelah pelatihan menunjukkan 100% atau keseluruhan peserta telah memahami konsep tentang pemasaran digital dan peran instagram untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Para pelaku UMKM yang hadir berharap agar ada pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih mengarah ke praktek langsung dalam menggunakan aplikasi.</p><p> </p><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -92px; top: 560px;"> </div>
The article provides financial management learning assistance to improve the financial management capabilities of Small and Medium Enterprises. This research uses Asset Based Community (ABCD) that utilize the potential asset of community, either social or infrastructure. Three activities in analyzing the research; introduction, mentoring and evaluation. As for this research method includes: the preparation stage which consists of observation, interviews with village heads, delivery of materials, and material counseling, implementation stage consists of the implementation of seminar activities initiated by the approach and assistance to business actors, the evaluation stage of the evaluation of activities that have been carried out have been done. The results of the activity showed that the ability of the learning mentoring participants increased after this community service activity.
