Segmentlamellenholz ist einer neuer, aus wechselseitig verklebten Kreissektoren bestehender Holzwerkstoff, der als Alternative zu BSH und KVH angesehen wird. Durch den vom Industriestandard abweichenden Einschnitt in trapezförmige Querschnitte mittels radialer Schnitte kann der Rohstoff Holz deutlich effizienter genutzt werden. Vierpunkt‐Biegeversuche, die im Rahmen der Erstellung einer ETA durchgeführt wurden, zeigten, dass Segmentschichtholzträger Biegefestigkeiten erreichen, die mit denjenigen von BSH GL24 vergleichbar sind. Die Ergebnisse der Versuche werden hier vorgestellt. Weiterhin zeigen die Simulationsergebnisse eines neu entwickelten FE‐Modells basierend auf dem Karlsruher Rechenmodell auf, wie sich die Biegefestigkeiten von Segmentschichtholz bei großen Trägerhöhen entwickeln. Die weitere Forschungsarbeit soll aufzeigen, wie der Herstellungsprozess hinsichtlich der resultierenden Biegefestigkeit optimiert werden kann.
Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Querdruckverhalten von Brettschichtholz aus Nadelholz. Die Ergebnisse einer 101 Versuche umfassenden Testreihe, in der sowohl die Auflagerlänge als auch die Auflagersituation variiert wurden, werden mit den Tragfähigkeitswerten verglichen, die sich nach dem aktuell gültigen Nachweis nach EN 1995‐1‐1:2010 sowie dem Bemessungsansatz nach van der Put ergeben. Die Verformungen über die Trägerhöhe werden analysiert und mithilfe des Elastizitätsmoduls Rückschlüsse auf die Spannungsverteilung sowie die mitwirkenden Faserlängen im Auflagerbereich gezogen. Es wird festgestellt, dass der im Querdrucknachweis enthaltene Faktor kc,90 entgegen der bisherigen Nachweisführung von der Art der Lastausbreitung abhängig ist. Auf dieser Basis wird ein Bemessungsansatz entwickelt und diskutiert, der eine Berechnung der Querdrucktragfähigkeit in Abhängigkeit von der zulässigen Verformung ermöglicht.
